Do not go to this spa. They have very misleading advertising practices and are very unprofessional when you approach them and ask about it. They recently sent out an open house letter with special pricing. When you show up to buy the offers, the deals are off and the prices are not correct. They make no offer to help you with the poor sale prices. Buyer beware.
I only gave this place one star because I cannot give a review of zero stars.

Dr. Darby did not make me very comfortable during my visits to her for microdermabrasion. She was constantly telling me what was wrong with my skin and it always felt like she was trying to sell me her products and services rather than treat me for what I came for. She asked me the same kinds of questions across several visits (that were 10 days apart) which told me she made no notes from previous visits. These included questions like «What kind of cleanser do you use?» «Have you had microderm before?» and «Have you been here before?»
I often felt uglier when I left my appointments! Comments like «Your skin is so oily» and «Your skin is quite dull and your pores are huge» made me just want to get the appointments over with and get out of there!
Also, she would send email updates on deals and there were often typos and misspellings — not very professional!
I would definitely recommend you go elsewhere for your beauty needs!
