Unbuttoned

I recently visited Unbuttoned to buy a present for my pregnant daughter. I simply cannot remember a more unpleasant shopping experience EVER. The sales girl was beyond arrogant and rude! Spend your money elsewhere, ladies!

I bought two pairs of pants online from Unbuttoned. One pair arrived about 10 days after I ordered with a note in the box saying the other pair would ship within 10 days. I never received the second pair of pants so I called the store for a refund. The first time I called I was told the online ordering system was down and they would call me back. They never called back. I called two more times and left messages and never received a call back. The forth time I called a sales person assured me they had received my messages and my card had been credited the day before, but it would take five days to post to my account. Well, ten days have passed by so I called me credit card company. The never credited my card so now the credit card company is going to deal with them. My baby is probably going to arrive before I ever see a refund on my account!
