Delicious food and very inexpensive, specially if you work in the building(at Kaiser Permanente or Direct TV). Employees get 15% off their bill. They have a large selection of usual deli sandwiches, soups, packaged chips and an all-you-can-eat salad bar. I am not too pleased with their hygiene standards. My only visit here was with a group of friends just before closing time(around 1:45pm or so). An employee(a large bearded guy whose name starts with a ‘J’) was mopping the floors when we walked in. He asked the guy ahead of us what he wanted, proceeded to put the mop/bucket away in a corner and grabbed some sandwich bread and put it in the toaster. The customer was a little surprised that the employee had not washed his hands or changed gloves before handling food. When the customer asked him if he could change gloves since he was handling trash and cleaning supplies, the employee retorted: «Trash, what trash? I never touched any trash». He grudgingly changed his gloves on the customer’s insistence. I hate to think about their hygiene standards when no one is watching. The other employees(2 women) that were ringing customers up or packing up soup containers were very friendly and nice. As I said earlier, the food is cheap and delicious although I won’t be back since there are much better alternatives within a mile of this place.
