Snazzy Clean

I bought a coupon from Unilocal for them. I was never able to get ahold of anyone when I would call. I left a message and no one ever called back. I booked the pick-​up online. They had a currier come that same day and pick it up, which I great! When the driver came, I inquired about the Unilocal coupon. He said he was unsure as they are a 3^rd party pick-​up service. He said he would talk to them when he dropped off my order to them. I still never received a call. The next day, I received an email confirmation that my card had been charged the whole price of what would have been charged had I not had the Unilocal coupon. I emailed them back. Within a matter of 30−60mins I had a call back from Snazzy Clean, she apologized and issued a full credit back to my card. The rush delivery of next day was on time. I would use them again, not having to go to the dry cleaner is a major bonus. If I am incorrectly charged again, I will not go back no matter how convenient it is. Outside of that, I was pleased with the service.

I had a great experience with Snazzy Clean! Not only did they do a good job with dry cleaning, they came to get my clothes at the time I wanted. I liked that I could place my order online. It was very convenient!

I loved using Snazzy Clean and they’re a new company so I figured I’d spread the good word. I’ve used one delivery service before but they only came at a time that didn’t work for me. These guys were cool when they arrived and offer a whole lot of times when they can pickup the clothes. Online ordering was easy. They did call to ask me whether I wanted fluff and fold or laundry for my sheets. I went fluff and fold just because I don’t really care if they have wrinkles. Others might care though. All in all a very good experience.

Wow! Snazzy Clean is my new way to dry clean! Now my dry cleaner comes to me, on my schedule. Going to the dry cleaner is always such a chore but now all I have to do is go online and easily order pick-​up and delivery and it was one less thing I had to deal with. Very convenient. I’m not too tech savvy so I was concerned about the website but I ended up finding it pretty easy. There was one part that was a little confusing, but now I’ve figured it out. Also I was a little worried because I have a difficult silk blouse and I was keeping my fingers crossed it wouldn’t be ruined (looking to wear it to an upcoming wedding), but I didn’t need to worry because it came back perfectly. Thee driver was on time and courteous. I guess they also offer laundry /​fluff-​and-​fold service but I have a home washer so not necessary. I would have used that part of things otherwise. All in all I’m glad I found snazzy clean’s pick-​up and delivery service. I’ll be using them again!
