I don’t understand the bad reviews, but the few times I’ve gone here, the cashiers have been great! The parking lot and store seem pretty empty when I go, but I would think less crowds, the better for me, right? Prices are so-so, so I chose to go into this store for more stuff I’ve forgotten or need to get last minute, so that means I have to pay more. I’m usually at a different grocery store with my long list in hand. But I do like the fuel station. It’s convenient, and you can get son sort of discount per gallon of gas just by being a store member.

Very, very, dirty. Confusing. Starbucks employees refused to wipe off small dining area, it wasn’t their job I was told. Whoever is the store manager should be ashamed. Direct reflection of management.

Literally, the worst grocery store I have ever been to. I live two blocks from this Safeway and am sometimes forced to shop their. There is ALWAYS only ONE check out lane open, no music playing, the staff is unfriendly and like to treat everyone as a shoplifter. The food is over priced and not local, the pharmacist is rude and not helpful. The management is none helpful and just as rude. They will sell you something expired and treat you like you did wrong. I hate this place. Right down to the condescending guys that work in the Starbucks! Its just awful and needs to be put out of it misery.

Worst Safeway I’ve ever been to. Dirty. Lines are long, cashiers are insanely slow. Also, while in the store for a whole 5 mins(most of that time was spent waiting for a cashier at 6:30am), my car was broken into and my son’s pack n play and stroller were stolen out of the back of my vehicle. After reporting to the police, I called Safeway to let them know what happened in their parking lot. The woman I spoke to seemed annoyed that I called, didn’t bother to ask any details, and pretty much said she didn’t care. I didn’t expect Safeway to claim any liability, but I did think they’d care what was happening to their paying customers in their parking lot. Apparently not.
