Moving and Cleaning America

They stole my furniture. Not kidding. They moved my stuff from an apartment to a storage unit, and never gave me two pieces of furniture. I called over and over, and all I got was a manager saying he’d look into it and call me back. Obviously he never called back, and I haven’t had anyone answer my calls in months. Definitely not worth it — take your business somewhere else!

AWFUL! Just plain Awful. I have added this business to Unilocal so other people may be able to avoid this horrible company. My fiancée called Dwayne to set up a time over a week in advance. It was decided on Saturday 9÷1÷12 at 12:30. They were supposed to provide confirmation of the move, but they never did. She called to verify they were coming, but they told her that there was a mistake and they scheduled the big truck at 12:30 on Sunday and only had the small truck that day. We could wait until then, begrudgingly, so we said we were fine with that. Sunday at 12:30 they were nowhere to be found. They had their phone turned off (They only use a cell phone for their main number) and didn’t return any of our calls or voicemails. We tried to call them today up until 2:30pm and we got nothing. Straight to voicemail. They won’t even pick up the phone. Completely ridiculous. They are unprofessional and from what we’ve been told by other moving companies are working illegally by not accepting more than one type of payment.
