I live nearby and have been coming here for a few years now. Michelle’s Nails is a very clean establishment and always professional. For gel manicures, I highly suggest making an appiontment with Esther (yes, make an appointment because she is in high demand). Michelle is typically the person who handles appointments so it should go smoothly (she is very accomodating) All in all this salon is in tidy condition. Only disclaimer: if you don’t make an appointment and you happen to walk-​in when they’re busy, your session may feel rushed.

I went here with a friend out of convenience. I will never do that again. To start, the massage chair was extreme uncomfortable and bumpy, like the massage nodule had never collapsed. Pedicure felt rushed. Massage was just eh. Nail polish was OPI, but upon drying you could tell that thinner was put in the to stretch it. Staff was friendly and pleasant. I will go back to 4 U Nails in Cresskill. I guess, that is what I get for wanting a convenient pedicure.
