Extremely disappointed with the owner after speaking with her about a mixed up Togo order we received. We called In to let them know that we received the wrong order and the order we did receive was leaking inside the bag. She immediately got an attitude and asked what I wanted from her. I said can we return this and get out order. She said yes rudely then hung up. I called back to let her know that she did not have to be rude and could have at least apologized for the mix up. She started yelling at me calling me woman. I could not get a word in. She stated she offered me free food which she did not. Nor was I asking for free food. She hung up on me again. Will never go back and will be telling all my friends and family about it.

A bit small on the inside but the food speaks for itself. First time trying this place and was beyond amazed by the taste and prices of the food. Very reasonable for all items. Cabbage roll had lots of flavor, they really know how to make that kraut. Pizza sub needed a bit more sauce but the meat on it was perfectly cooked with more than enough flavor for itself. The grilled peanut butter sandwich is a must try. The grilled bread with peanut butter make it amazingly different.

We take the grandkids there and Jerri and family are so nice and there service is very fast. We have enjoyed eating there for a couple of years now, and when we pick up the Grandson’s, their first request is, «Can we got to Jerri’s to eat tonight. Fast service with smiles and good food, and company. Great family restraunt.

I visited Jerri’s during my recent trip to Ohio. It’s nestled in the K-​mart shopping center and serves homestyle cookin. I had the grilled peanut butter sandwich and good lawd… it was AMAZING! It’s like a gooey grilled cheese, but with peanut butter. The fries and pickle on the side were also yummy. It’s family owned and operated, which also means you get the good down-​home service too! Prices are very fair. I HIGHLY suggest that if you visit the Englewood area, do check out Jerri’s for lunch… you won’t be disappointed!

Best home cooked meals and comfort food in town! You won’t find a turkey hotshot like this anywhere else! Daily specials, all kinds of sandwiches and entrees at a very affordable price! Fantastic restaurant and staff!!!
