Worst clinic I have EVER been to in my life! Waited over an hour and a half for a drug test and DOT physical. The younger woman at the front desk and the nurse who saw me were nice, but the older lady at the desk could learn a thing or two about customer service! The only reason they’re getting one star as that the younger woman at the desk offered me a snack while I was waiting.

Welcome to HealthOne. You are getting Cheap Treatment so expect crap service. Also expect to have your appointment canceled at least once and rescheduled a month later. When you get there and actually do have an appointment, expect to wait at least an hour. And finally, you will have about 90 seconds with a doctor so be ready.
Nurses are nice though.
Girls at the front desk are total B*****s

Go somewhere else. I had a 2:30 appointment, got here at 2:15, still sitting in the waiting room at 3:20. If you must come here bring a book. The therapists ate great I will day that, the doctors are worthless.

The doctors and office staff here treat everyone like a criminal. Front desk staff Kim is very rude and short with people. You get that feeling that you are a pain in her backside or that she’s too busy for you. The rest of the staff treat you as if you are a liar or faking it when really they are simply not capable of handling complex situations that require a specialist. I recommend NOT coming here!
