If you’re looking to add frustration and angst to your primary care experience… this is the place for you. The front office staff is rude, condescending and frequently uninterested in helping patients. From inability to get an appointments to mischedulings, the overall experience has been far from pleasant. That said, once you’re able to see Dr. Sato you can see why she comes so highly recommended. I just wish Dr. Sato was accessible outside the front office experience of Front Range Internal Medicine.

My wife was seeing Dr. Tambra Woods more than 10 years ago and commented on how much she liked and respected Dr. Woods as her Primary Care Physician. I was not particularly happy with my Primary Care Physician, at the time, and started seeing Dr. Woods. I have been very happy with Dr. Woods and the entire staff at Front Range Internal Medicine. We recently moved to Castle Rock and we are happy to make the drive to a Englewood to receive excellent care.
