I have purchased several guitars from this store and have never been disappointed. I’ve always dealt with Gordon directly. He is the owner and the man to see. He knows his instruments and has always helped me find the instrument that best suited my needs. I first went in thinking that I needed a certain name brand of guitar. However, after speaking with Gordon for 15 minutes, I learned more about guitars than I had in the previous 10 years of playing. He really opened my eyes to other opportunities that were our there and helped me understand how to get the instrument that best suited my needs. If you only go into one music store in the Denver area, make it this one.

My first time going to this shop was incredibly unpleasant. I went in there to pick up my amp and was INSTANTLY greeted with the rudest front desk person I have ever met. I believe his name was Dutch, he was very standoffish, abrasive and just flat out rude to me as well as a few other customers in the store. After payment was settled with the amp his mood changed from awful and mean to pleasant and cheerful. Yeah, whatever. Thanks for the awful first time experience, I won’t EVER be coming back.

This review is regarding a keyboard repair. I had made arrangements to have a small part on my board replaced so I brought it into there shop to have that done. 3 to 4weeks into my «repair» They give me a call starting that my board is functioning correctly now. Keep in mind the board had already been functioning correctly; all they had done was remove the old part(leaving my board open/exposed) and tried charging me $ 125.00 for a cable I could’ve purchased elsewhere for little to nothing. Once I arrived to pick p my board the past that needed to be replaced was not there. Poor communication! And the salesman Dutch caught an attitude when i addressed the issue. Poor customer service overall! Unfortunate my board is still open and exposed to this day.
