This man and his staff are amazing! My last dentist really messed up my daughters, husbands and my own teeth. Dr Zimmer was convenient to work so I went to him and my girls and husband went to two other dentist closer to home. Same story for all of us; bad fillings in teeth that may not have had cavities in them in the first place. Dr Zimmer’s front desk staff first remembered days I had off for a sooner visit as soonest available was several weeks out. I was called in a few days with an offer of a sooner visit. This is impressive because it wasn’t a wait list, this woman remembered our conversation and took note of my availability. First visit included an exam, x-​rays AND a cleaning. No need to come back several times as most dental providers make us go through. Kim, the hygienist, is fantastic! Then, when I had to come back to have three fillings redone, PAINLESS Novocain shots and I didn’t have to have the filling reshaped or filed down or whatever it is they do. They were perfect the first time! This man is magic, is very personable and obviously cares about his patients as much as he is super good at what he does. Highly recommended! Oh, and when I got my EOB, it was only 2 dollars off from the contracted amount. This tells me that his fees are inline with what insurance negotiates and that he doesn’t overcharge people with no insurance. This says a whole lot about the kind of person he is. I hope he doesn’t retire anytime soon!
