We had work done in July, Jim came for the sales call, we went over everything we wanted done power wash the house, lanai/​pool cage, paint house, trim & pool deck. Things that Jim promised we were told «it’s not on the contract» as if we are attorneys & deal with contracts every day.
Only half of the porch roof was power washed, we had to reattach the gutters, which we were told the crew would do. We started to notice spots appear on the deck, not chipping, but fading away. We were told that it was our fault for not letting the paint cure long enough. We did tell them we had to pressure wash a portion of the porch roof, and probably did so to early, but there is no way that what we did caused the paint marks on the opposite side of the deck. Called & spoke to the owner & they wanted us to pay more money for them to fix it. Forget it! It was a bad paint job in the deck. If the job had been done correctly in the first place, this never would have happened.
