Big O Tires and Service Centers

Brought my car in to change out tires that another Big O put on. (It was the store off Arapahoe St. in Greenwood Village. See my review there.) They put on summer tires in the middle of winter! This dealership changed out the tires and put on new Michelins. When I went home and researched, I realized they did not put on run flats. When I called and spoke to Tony, he yelled at me saying how would he know I needed run flats since the other Big O didn’t put on run flats. Come to find out, the summer tires were actually run flats. The two Big O stores trashed each other but no one took any responsibility for their mistakes. I contacted the corporate office and they said they couldn’t do anything because these were franchise stores and not corporate stores. This store didn’t offer any discounts for their mistake. Do not rely on Big O for their tire knowledge or customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Brought my car in today because there was a nail in the tire and they fixed it fast and for no charge!
