I hired Aqua Doc to resurface my pool in Nov 2014 was very pleased for six months then a stain formed around the pool drain I have called them 3 times and keep getting the run around they have yet to come out and look at it or fix it. Two weeks ago Rebecca who works in the office said I was the next on the list I called today and she said there were 11 people ahead of me. She said they did not have enough workers. I asked her if the 11 people ahead of me were having new work done and she said no most have stain problems. If you have a new job for them they get out there quickly but if you have a stain problem not enough workers. They do not back up there work.
