This is an incredible locally made maple syrup(beats anything I’ve ever had from Vermont) that should become a staple on every Ithacan’s dinner table. It does sell out every year, so be sure to contact the sugar bush by February to place your order. The folks who run the sugar bush offer lots of opportunities for people to learn about the sugaring process, and they’re always looking for volunteers. Check out the website for days/times they’ll be hosting tours and other special events. Seriously — TO. DIE. FOR. And that’s not just because of the awesome name and logo.
