Horrible! First they told me someone has to be there to meet the estimator. And after waiting for two hours we found out that he came earlier and didn’t need us there for the estimate. Then it took 2 phone calls to their office to ask the receptionist to ask the estimator to call us back to give us the quote. After two weeks, we finally got the call from him with it. And hia price must have been for all copper because it was $ 1645 for a medium sized house. After all that headache to even get the call back, I’m not going to be ripped off too, so I called quality gutters in endwell and literally within the same week of getting the estimate, it was done really well and for $ 1028!
Long story short, don’t bother wasting your time with this company unless you want your time wasted and to be ripped off.
