We used Vic to sell our condo in Woodland Hills, California and it was such an easy experience. He gave me a lot of good, honest information about the selling process and always kept us informed during that process.
Vic gave us realistic expectations about pricing, timelines, procedures, inspections, and anything else we had questions about.
He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the field and really helped us make informed decisions from the first time we met with him until the close of escrow.
He even followed up with us after escrow had closed to make sure we knew that it had (before the escrow company had contacted us). Vic was also very easy to get a hold of.
If he didn’t pick up his phone when I called, he called me back the same day. Whenever we interacted with Vic, he always made us feel like valued clientele and never rushed us through anything. Impressed is all I can really say about Vic and his team. They sold our home in Woodland Hills and helped us find a new one.
