This people are thief, the staff are very unprofessional and rude, they took my application did a credit check and denied my application saying I lied on my application with no legitimate proof. I walked into the office and the lady refused to take me in, she said I asked you to call me and not come in! I told her you want me to go outside and call you any how.
They took $ 25.00 per applicant, this included my wife that does not have anything so they can not do a credit check in case they are paying per applicant.
Stay away from this ignorant people.

This is a TERRIBLE management company. The staff is rude and could care less about the tenants. They don’t even come out to look at the property they are managing and then send out inferior workmen (read cheap) to handle repair work.
I never write Unilocal reviews but after my experience with Statewide Management (Iris and Dee to be specific) I felt I had a responsibility to apartment owners before they even thought about hiring them to manage their properties.
