If you enjoy thin crust pizza, Pieology is a good place to try. I like the plain cheese/​sauce pizza. You can choose all your ingredients. The pizza always tastes great with fresh ingredients, service is fast out of the oven at affordable prices.

So unfortunately I went in yesterday and my favorite cook is GONE!!!
I go at least once a week and have had how I feel mostly everyone there cook my pizza and it always comes out burned…
But there’s this guy there that has been there for the last couple times that I’ve gone and he wasn’t there today so i asked the young man there if he was there and he asked for his name i described him and he said his name was Mark or Mario and he advised me that he was fired!
So disappointing My pizza once again came OUT BURNT!!!
If your gonna have a restaurant and let go one of you’re good cooks you better have some one just as good
Train the new oven guy better PLEASE DONT WANT TO COME BACK AND LEAVE WITH A BURNT PIZZA

Absolutely terrible service. One of the workers cut my girlfriend’s vegetarian pizza with a slicer that had just cut a pizza full of meat. When we mentioned this to the worker, she rolled her eyes at us, claimed it was our fault, and copped a massive attitude with us. Very unprofessional.

Who doesn’t love pieology!!!
Pizza is great! I am giving this particular pieology location 3 stars for sanitary reasons… The employee in charge of baking and cutting the pizzas had waist long hair (beautiful at that). … But she wore it down and it swayed from side to side. The possibilities of germ transmission is great and seriously gross. If she didn’t want to put on a hair net on a bun or braid would of worked just fine. She also delivered the pizzas and was less than polite

This is my favorite pizza place b/​c of the unlimited toppings and custom creation pizzas. I seem to always make mine the Everything Pizza because I basically add almost every topping there is available. You can’t even see the cheese layer underneath, but that’s the way I like it.
I originally thought I could eat one complete pizza myself, but I failed. The size is a small medium of that makes sense and shareable between two people.
I haven’t been here on a super busy day but I can imagine the wait line build up since it takes a few minutes to create one pie. The bake time isn’t that long though. I would say about 5 minutes maybe.
The salads here are decent. Nothing special, but no biggy to me since I’m not really here for that anyway.

Everything about this place is fresh, the pile on the toppings weather you get a pizza or a salad.
The staff is friendly and approachable and the quality of food is high. The ordering process was quick and easy.
We built our own pizza and the price was less than $ 10!
For the quality of food and price to can’t beat it.
I was very impressed on my first visit here and will be coming back again.
Highly Recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness that is Pieology!
I’ve tried many other DIY Pizza places, but not the OG Pieology and I must say it was worth the wait. I got the Custom pizza with Alfredo and pesto sauce, veggies and bacon and chicken. It was quick, and the establishment was clean which made my experience much more enjoyable.

This is like Chipotle but for pizza!!! You decide if you want a whole wheat crust, gluten free, or regular crust and can add whatever toppings you want: veggies and meat alike.
I have only been here a handful or time preferring the atmosphere or pizza Rev instead but this place is close to my house and my sister like it, so this place is slowly growing on me more and more.
There’s a lot of seating inside and the service is pretty quick. The staff is really nice and my sister has had some positive experiences with the service here.
The pizza is freshly made and the ingredients are really good… see the amazing pics and be the judge yourself!!! :)

This place is amazing. You get unlimited toppings on your pizza for $ 9.
The staff is really accommodating. One time I came, my stepbrother put something super spicy on his pizza and he couldn’t eat it, so the staff let him make another pizza for free. Another time, I was behind this couple that put everything on their pizza and was taking forever, it was ridiculous. When I went to pay the cashier offered to give me a free fountain drink because I was waiting for so long behind these indecisive people. That was really nice of them!!!

I say its very good its exactly what i like thin crust fresh ingredients it’s cooked in front of you design your table in less than 5 minutes this place has free parking on the side or in the friends it’s very clean and employees have a smile on their face

Oh what happen to this place … My love for pizza here is gone :(ordered my usual pizza tonight and felt very unsatisfied. I ask for extra crispy and it came out extra soggy and soft. To top it all, my toppings fell off the crust after one bite…
I love Pieology but just not this time.

Think Chipotle but for pizza. I love the fact that you can have unlimited toppings for around $ 9. Seriously, that is a steal. My favorite pizza place in the LA area is 800 degrees. While this is a better value, I still think 800 is better. I think it has a few more unique toppings as well. Service is very friendly and there is a good amount of seating. Would definitely return if near the area but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

I’m all about the «build your own» food concept.
The reason for the a two star rating is because they gave me the WRONG pizza for to go. I ended up with the pizza order of the person behind me. I know this because I heard her order a four cheese on gluten free crust. I also ordered a gluten free crust pizza but I had all my fav toppings… I was really looking forward to trying this place and their food out.
This was originally going to be a one star rating … Real disappointed when I opened up my pizza box at home and there it was … A plain cheese pizza. Real disappointed.
I decided to eat the pizza rather go back, and decided they earned one extra star since the gluten free crust tasted good. However, still really disappointed … Probably won’t go to this location. Note to others, for to go orders, check your pizza box before you leave … Cause clearly they don’t check.

I am big on pizza. Let me tell you this is probably the best pizza I have ever had in LA!!! Amazing, fresh and the perfect amount. It’s like the chipotle of PIZZA!!!
The customer service is great and Karen really knows how to take care of you. Thank you Karen for being so sweet and great at what you do!
Try herb butter with bbq sauce and hot wing sauce as your base. I promise you won’t regret it!!!

I won’t ever claim to be a fan of pizza or that pizza would be my first choice of food but Hot damn this place is good! I love that I wasn’t limited to a few toppings or had to pay extra for toppings! Choose whatever your heart desires as far as fresh toppings go! I went crazy with the toppings and the people here didn’t even flinch or seemed bothered. I mean yeah I could see how it would be expensive for a family to eat here since the pizzas aren’t the biggest. Since it was just for me, I was happy!

First time there, was really good! Kind of like a subway for pizzas! You choose regular dough or wholewheat, I chose the latter and it was really crunchy edges when finished cooking. Yummy!
You can choose whatever you want, word of warning, if you want the garlic butter, maybe ask them to put half on unless you plan on sleeping alone that night!
Great idea, all you can eat toppings, and so for $ 9 you have enough pizza for two with a salad! Really good find! And frozen yoghurt across the hallway! Nice evening out!

I got the gluten-​free crust and it was pretty good. I saw that it was pre-​baked before adding toppings & baking it in the pizza oven. The toppings that I got are herb butter, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, bacon, and pineapple. It thought the gluten free crust tasted okay. It was crunchy but not the best gluten free crust that I have eaten. Overall, pricing is affordable and you get to personalize your own pizza which is fun!

I keep wishing that Pieology made it’s way closer to me! I LOVE Pizza Rev, but this build your own pizza place is EVEN BETTER! I crave it ALL the time! Lots of toppings to choose, and they baste your dough with some tasty oils. They’ve also got two differen pizza box sizes. Think of it as the elite of the build your own pizzas.
In case you haven’t been to one of these. It’s like Subway for pizza.
My pizza: House made crust. Red sauce. Mozarella. Ricotta. Sausage. Ham. Bacon. Red Onions. Artichokes. Garlic. Jalapenos. Corn. Spinach. Cilantro. Basil. Somehow all of these fit into a pie of decadence.

Actually it sounds like its the best pizza ever. Maybe i should have given it 5 stars.
I usually call ahead and have them make it so when I get there i just have to sit down and eat.
