Millennium Alarm Systems

Had a great experience with Millennium and our Rep Jeff! The process couldn’t have been easier and the level of knowledge of professionalism. We absolutely love our new security and camera system; having the ability to monitor the cameras and thermostat via our mobile devices is awesome on top of having the comfort of being alerted anytime there is any suspicious activity! Our installer Oscar was top notch as well! Both Jeff and Oscar made this experience a pleasant one! On top of getting a great deal its nice to have professional and knowledgeable representatives to help you with understanding your options, choosing the right features, and making the system easy to function and understand. Thank You so much Jeff and Oscar we will be sending all our friends and family your way!

Everyone stay away from this company! They are unreliable and untrustworthy people, and their manager Basil promise stuff he has no control over. Their agent Cecilia is brand new in the company, and its bad for you if she signed you up for the contract, as she is absolutely useless in helping along the way. On the top of that, their technicians are a joke and use double sided tape for attaching the sensors on the wall! If something will go wrong all of this people hide behind Neils, who is impossible to reach on the phone and does not return the calls.
So here is my story. Three days after ADT system was set up in my house (under control of Basil and Cecilia), I was in different state, and I received a call from security saying there is an activity detected by motion detector on my second floor. I dispatched the police, but they reported nothing unusual. When I got back home from out of state I found the motion sensor lying on the floor, not on the wall where it was originally. I picked it up and saw a doublesided tape on it! Apparently technician had nothing better to attach sensor to the wall. I called the company, and Basil told me they would take care of my false alarm bill when it arrives. So, when it arrived, I sent it to them. I found out they did not pay it when I received a final notice for that bill. I called Basil and he said this time they will take care of it. Couple weeks later I received a notice my bill was unpaid and went to collection. During my final conversation with Basil he told me «I don’t own the company» trying to justify why the bill went unpaid again. He gave me the phone number of Neils (probably owner, I am not sure) and said I need to talk with him. However, first time he was unable to talk to me because he was in Hawaii, second time he was just busy out of office, and of cause he never returned my call.
Therefore, I do not recommend this company because of their horrible attitude to customers and unprofessionalism. Spend your money elsewhere.

Service was installed on the wrong phone box and it was never tested. I came to find out 2 years later when an ADT tech came by to assist with some errors in the control box. Millennium blamed responsibility on me and refused a partial refund. Case is now being disputed with the Dept of Consumer Affairs and BBB.

What can I say but beyond professional! This is my first Unilocal review and I’m proud to have made it for this company. Thiago was beyond professional and reached over expectations! Whenever you think alarm systems you want to feel safe, you want to feel like your family is going to be okay when your not around or when your not home that your sanctuary will stay your sanctuary!
I feel safer then I ever have. Once Thiago left I knew that I made the right decision! Thank you Thiago! 1000% satisfied! Also I referred you to my business partner. He wants to do his house next and we are talking about doing the office this week! Happy to have you are a friendly neighborhood Spider-​Man! Cheers

At first I was a bit hesitant about choosing one alarm company versus the other but then I had the pleasure of meeting Tiago over at millennium. Tiago was professional courteous and met every need I required, he took the extra time to make sure everything was installed as promised and they did a clean job! It’s not every day I could say I have the pleasure of working with someone who truly knows there trade.
I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very happy with my experience with Millennium Alarm. Thiago is professional, communicative, clear, and up front. He is extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. He makes sure all my questions are answered and that I understand the process. He showed up on time and stayed with the installer, who is also very professional, courteous, and competent, as the installer set up the system. I am definitely glad I went with Millennium Alarm.
