Jon’s Plumbing and Rooter

I CANNOT say more about Jon! He is such a stand up guy who isn’t trying to make extra money off of his clients. He gets the job done right, is always on time and is SUPER clean, which is important. Jon is trustworthy, reliable and friendly, and is the only plumber we use!

My daughter called Jon based on his stellar Unilocal reviews. He was timely, professional, clean, reasonable and fixed the problem. Will definitely call him again.

Jon helped us with multiple problems resulting from roots and decay in our backyard drains along with broken sprinkler lines. He first established on the phone whether we had an immediate emergency or it could wait till the next day. He arrived right on time and resolved ALL our plumbing concerns. He insured that everything was operating properly before he left !

I had a hot water heater leak at 10:30pm the night before Thanksgiving. Jon actually answered his phone, and was over to my Encino house within 20 minutes. He worked until 2:00 in the morning, and I was bracing myself for a HUGE bill, BUT it was SO reasonable. JON IS THE BEST! A++, the highest recommendation. Great communication, reasonable rates, friendly, and a talented plumber!

Jon is an exceptional plumber– honest, speedy, helpful– all around great person to have programmed in your phone. He’s fixed numerous plumbing issues at my house– clogged sinks, broken toilets, backed up pipes– anything you need, he can fix. He makes time for you as soon as he’s available — which is typically same day. If you have a random plumbing question or need a quick look at something, he’s happy to lend his professionalism and knowledge. I’d recommend him to anyone! Great find.

I’m a little late in writing this review as he was here a few months back but this guy deserves a fab review. Jon is the bomb! Our hubs and I had been noticing this foul, sewage smell for literally a year and for the life of us we couldn’t determine the source. We finally decide to call in some help and were referred to Jon. He came by and was just as stumped as we were. He said he would make some calls as he was really bothered that he couldn’t figure it out. He felt so bad that we were sitting in this stench for so long! He came back the next day and just by chance he found a super hidden crack in our sewage vent. We were all so excited to have finally found the source! The great thing about Jon is he could have recommended we tear the wall out and do a whole number which would have cost us thousands. We might have to do that down the road but in the meantime he came up with a genius idea to simply get some sealing foam and cover the crack and hopefully this is last us for years. Jon even had some of this sealer at home and he ran home to get it and helped us apply it! The smell is gone and if the sealer wears off and we need to tear the wall out, he’s definitely gonna be the guy we call. He’s a super nice and honest guy. Id recommend him to anyone.

I can’t say enough about Jon. I have called him last minute for some fixes and he comes right over. Once I had called him at 8pm because we had a leak in our laundry room and I didn’t want it to get onto our wood floors. He was over at 9pm to come and figure out what was happening and it was fixed within 20 minutes. He is a pleasure to work with and explains everything about what he’s doing and the best solution. He even told me to buy some of my own pieces of equipment on Amazon because it would be the cheapest, but he’d do the install. Call Jon with any problems. He’s the best!

Met Jon at my daughter’s house, told him about my plumbing issues, and he followed me right home to take a look. After 15 years in my house, and numerous plumbers, he was the first person to take the time to figure out my problem. He is honest, on time, and it’s a pleasure to meet someone who grew up in this neighborhood and services the area. He is now our go to guy, and both my children use him as well

Called Jon today, Memorial day, with an emergency call. He said he was working today and would come in 45 min to our home. Jon arrived exactly on time, came up with a solution which included unblocking some drainage pipes and using the rooter to flush the blockage. Very professional, cleaned up at all times and was fair priced. I can highly recommend Jon.

Jon has been ‘our’ plumber for approximately 10 years. While we’ve used him for many years, his visits are few and far between — which is indicative of his excellent work. He does things right the first; never having to return for corrections or adjustments.
He is honest; never adding extra unneeded work. He is thorough; always careful to investigate the issue. He explains the problem, the cause, and the repairs he proposes.
The care he takes with his work is the same he seems to apply throughout his business. A tidy professional will arrive at your door and you will immediately notice that everything from his tools to his truck is kept in the same immaculate condition.

Jon is a complete professional. I’ve never used a better plumber. This guy grew up in the business and knows what he’s doing.
He is completely fair and only recommends work that is actually needed… no padding!
AFTER his work was complete, I compared his price with competitors and it was exactly even. Why pay the same to a huge company when you can get Jon’s personal, friendly service?

Jon is very professional and works hard to make sure his customers are satisfied. You can find cheaper plumbers but not ones more knowledgeable and more concerned about leaving his customers happy with the final product. He has cleared my drains and also advised on my aging plumbing needs, taking into account the age of the fixtures when weighing fixing versus replacing.

Fast, efficient, reliable and affordable. He was on time, gauged the situation, explained it to me and gave a realistic quotation before starting the job.
I had all bad experiences with plumbers (aka crooks), this one is an expert .
