I came to Dr. Bharatwal to get a HydraFacial on both my face & neck. I’d never tried this sort of facial before but found it to have immediate results with a softer, brighter noticeable complexion & no down time for recovery.
I was impressed by the professionalism & friendliness of staff, as well as the latest in equipment & services.

What a difference! When you think your skin is healthy and then you try HydraFacial, you won’t believe all the stuff coming out of your face. Being a health care practitioner and always having do deal with patients, you have to make sure that all aspects of you body are working well. Even my wife has commented on it. I have never been to a spa but wanted to treat myself. I found out about this service on TV called the HydraFacial that many celebrities use. I searched around and found out Tri Health Medical Spa offers it and so I went in. My experience was terrific! The staff is top notch… from Dr Bob to Darlene the office manager and Jessica, one of the technicians. I left feeling and looking great. I truly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to pamper themselves. And yes I’ve been going back now regularly. Thanks so much guys!

I had been interested in having a chemical peel for awhile, but was unsure where to go, given there are so many options in this town. My friend recommended me to Dr. Bharatwal, who she has been going to for a little over a year for laser treatments on her face. Dr. Bharatwal began the appointment with a consultation where he asked me questions about my medical history, as well as what areas of my face I was concerned with. He told me about the different procedures and treatments they offer for my concerns, and what he recommended for me to get the best results. He was so nice about it, and made me feel so comfortable and un-​pressured. We decided that a chemical peel would be a good starting point for me, given I had never done anything more than microdermabrasion on my face. He explained the procedure to me, including what to expect, and after-​care instructions. The entire procedure was super quick, he just applied the solution, I waited about 25 minutes, and then he took it off. My face was so soft! I was completely blown away with the results, I am so glad I went to a doctor instead of trying to do this by myself. I am an RN, and take it from me, doing this at home is NOT an option. For a cheap $ 129 you will ensure your face will be taken care of by one of the best aesthetic physicians in the Valley. LOVE Dr. Bharatwal and his staff!

So I started working in the same building here… and kept seeing signs for this Elos laser facial rejuvenation, sublime and sublative laser at B. Bharatwhal Aesthetics and finally checked it out.
SO GLAD I DID!!!
This treatment is AMAZING. I had some bad sun spots on my face… and despite my telling everyone I’m 29 again… admittedly my age is starting to show (especially my love of all things sand & sun). A dermatologist I saw scared me away from doing any laser treatments to try to correct it. I went and asked Dr. Bob (Bob Bharatwal, the B in the name) if he thought this treatment would be ok for me. He was awesome. Super nice and took tons of time to explain everything to me (I always have a million questions).
Not only was Elos OK, it was semi-​painless with minimal down-​time compared to some past lasering I’ve done. I had some crackly brown-​ish skin flake off for a few days and what was underneath was just STUNNING RESULTS! I can actually get away with telling people I’m 29 now. And it was VERY reasonably priced at only $ 149 (I got some kind of special).
They also offer all the standard med spa stuff (the signs say TriHealth MedSpa on the outside) like Botox and Fillers and Peels, Laser Hair, etc. at very competitive prices.
