Very Unprofessional Them knowledge about property management and real estate is very little. The person answers the phone have no idea what’s going on. I think it’s a better to not give them your house. They make to much mistake.

I have a townhouse I wanted to rent and have managed that stood empty for 2 months until I contracted with Mark and Apple. It was rented after the first showing. I am so grateful. Mark and company handle everything hassle free. Thank-​you Mark and Apple for making this transaction such a breeze for me! No worries about fix-it’s, vetting of renter, lease, or anything else. Highly ethical and reliable and easy to deal with. Couldn’t have done any of this without them. I am truly impressed and thankful.

I interviewed 4 different property management companies, and chose Mark out of the group. He was the most accommodating with his schedule and was local to my rental property. He also had the most insights into the rental/​real estate market for the area and was able to advise on investment strategy going forward. He was able to deal with a difficult tenant very well and has made my life a lot easier. His fee schedule is also quite fair and I haven’t had any difficulty reaching him. I’d not hesitate to use him for any of my properties going forward.

Mark Chakalian provided prompt and effective service. He responded to requests quickly and found a good tenant within a month. Another member of the company was Joe. He was also very professional and polite. He did a great job showing our house.

After over a month of trying to rent my house on my own, I finally contacted APM to get some help. Daniel and Mark were fantastic. They created professional looking ads, and after about 10 days and 2 showings my house was rented! I was given final say on which applicant I wanted to proceed with (we received 3 applications) and I couldn’t be more happy with my new tenants :)
