My sons have been patients of Dr. Krasnoff since birth and my eldest is now 19 and still a patient. I’ve always found him to be a ‘non-​anxiety producing’ physician who has always taken time to get to know my kids and answer any of their (or my) questions. I appreciate his low key, mellow, accessible, straightforward manner.
I’ve never had a problem with the staff — they’ve always been friendly and patient in my years of experience. On the few occasions we’ve had to see one of the other doctors in the practice, we’ve been very happy with the care they’ve provided to our kids.
The don’t validate parking, but in my experience, none of the doctors I see in that building provide validation.

Krasnoff himself is a wonderful Doctor, my kids loved him, and my husband and I really felt like he actually cared about his patient’s. Unfortunately his receptionist/​some of his staff are HORRIBLE. His receptionist is SO rude, she does not know how to treat people and I’ve witnessed her attitude with several other patients beside myself. She needs a course on how to work with people or needs to be fired, because of her he lost 2 patients. If you want to put up with her then he is great, but i’d rather go somewhere i don’t have to deal with the headache.

Dr. Krasnoff is awesome! He makes you feel like your kid is the most special. I need a doctor who isn’t a Nazi about stuff and Dr. K is it. He’s pretty relaxed but, he definitely knows his stuff.
What makes him even more amazing is that if you have a question, you can email him directly. He’s actually gotten back to me when he wasn’t working before.
