David did a great inspection for me. He is thorough and likes to explain things as he goes. He doesn’t mind you riding shotgun with him (in fact, he prefers it). The follow up written report was concise and easy to read. I have bought and sold many homes and I would rate David five stars for his service!

David was a real pleasure to work with. He will walk you through your home and explain everything to you in a clear and understandable way. Extremely knowledgeable and can explain the entire history of modern homebuilding to you if you let him!

David was great. Admittedly, I’m an idiot when it comes to all things that involve tools; I don’t know a joist from a juice box. Beyond the comprehensive report covering all issues big & small that David put together for my purchase, he was incredibly tolerant of my incessant questions. After spending the afternoon with me, David might admit that the old saw, «There’s no such thing as a bad question» might be incorrect. If so, you’d never know it from his willingness to answer every inquiry I had in a way that was not condescending, & framed in a manner that I could understand. David was prompt, fairly priced, & quick to deliver the final report.
