Okie dokie!
Cleanliness — as my photo portrays, they keep up with maintaining how clean this location is. I like that a lot.
Service — the guy taking my order was really sweet and recommended that I get a clover brew with coffee from Guatemala for my iced coffee and sheeeeesh, it’s good y’all. Drinking it as I’m typing this. The only reason I gave this location 4 stars is because there was a mix up with drinks and I didn’t think they handled it the best they could, but no one was rude about it. One of the guys messed up my order and gave the guy that ordered after me my coffee. They realized what they did and told the guy to give his drink back so they can remake his and apologized. Meanwhile, I’m still standing there waiting for my drink to be made. They start working on his drink first again and I really don’t mind waiting for my drink (well sorta, I had to go back to work and clock in soon), but I guess an apology would’ve been nice when I picked up my drink after waiting 10 minutes for it to be made. It was a good drink though; it made the wait worth it.

This Starbucks has the BEST customer service. I have been going to this location since it has been in the Encinitas Ranch shopping center. I usually stop in before I go to work and I never wait more than 1 minute.

I go to this Starbucks location every weekend before work. Taking off two stars now because the new staff is not as friendly as the old one. Jeff, the old supervisor or manage, use to memorize my orders and would greet me using my name but now he doesn’t work here! What a bummer. It’s always busy here and sometimes you have to wait 10 – 15 minutes for a cup of coffee

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There was only one person ahead of my and my order took a good 12 minutes. That’s long especially when there were three people behind the counter just gossiping away instead of getting my order completed. I will never go back to this location for my Starbucks fix.

I will be the first person to tell you how much I love Starbucks. I am a regular and get at least two drinks a day. This particular location however has the worst service I have ever experienced. It’s a very handy location for me to go to on my way to work but I now visit a further location just so I don’t have to go here. I tried their drive thru four times and three out of the four times they got my drink order wrong. The two times I went into the store they were out of the breve on the bar and the employees looked very annoyed when I asked if they could fill it so I could put half and half into my coffee. The staff is much slower than any other store I have been too and they all seem very rude and unpleasant. I will not be visiting this location anymore after giving it six chances.

Always impeccable service! High quality coffee as well! I love to get their venti green tea!

Sometimes a mistake is a good thing. Though it’s no mistake I go here, I am happy with the occasional happy mistake such as trying something new without knowing.
I usually go here because it’s attached to Barnes and Noble, which I love to hang out at reading magazines when I have nothing better to do. So, I grab a coffee and stroll on over.
I will say that I do like sweeter types of coffees and by accident I ordered a Moca Java Frappuccino. At first I was disappointed when I saw the clear cup it came in thinking I screwed up but then I sipped it up the straw and, ahhhhh! that tastes good. I really liked it.
There you go, «a happy mistake». A silver lining!

I use to protest this specific location because they could never get my order right, that’s when I got a passion tea lemonade, and the Batista would always forget the lemonade. so I took a long break, then I started coming back cause it’s right next to my work, the staff is amazing now and the manager is the sweetest and always knows my drink and is all about customer service. I definitely see a change in this location and im stoked!

Your typical starbucks, the lines can get CRAZY sometimes though! I go to this location often, I did get burnt tasting coffee once, whihc is why im giving 4 vs 5 stars. I can;t wait for all the seasonal drinks– i LOVE peppermint mochas!

Sunday morning, coming to get some coffee for the crew, staff was a great, just a little understaffed.

This Starbucks is your typical Starbucks connected to a Barnes and Noble. That means it is small (think smaller). There are probably only 4 tables in the whole place and the line of people during busy times will have you feeling claustrophobic in no time. The upgrade to this location is the awesome Barnes and Noble (one of the bigger ones) that you can browse through while enjoying your beverage (how awesome is coffee and books, come on!!!). If you don’t like, I know there is a least two locations within 3 minutes that are regular locations.

There’s something about this Starbucks that makes it the best place to people watch. It has a decent outside sitting area, and a nice inside one as well that extends into B&N. Otherwise, it is just like every other Starbucks you’ve been to. I do have to say that the quality of the drinks depends on the barista and can be hit or miss. My vanilla latte was eh. For $ 4, my latte better be amazing. Oh well, you don’t come here for quality coffee anyway.

Like any Starbucks but I was really impressed with how nice and quick the staff were. Thought it would be nice to tell them customers notice their good attitudes and it starts a day off right!

Nice in that it is part of the Barnes and Nobles bookstore: there are tables that spill inside the store and outside to the sidewalk. If I lived here i would definately be hanging out reading a lot here!

This Starbucks has a good amount of foot traffic– most likely because it is directly attached to the Barnes and Noble… and everyone knows that coffee and reading pretty much go hand in hand.
I frequent this starbucks because it is so close to my job. All the baristas are lovely. I always would like to get a starbucks… but 4 dollar coffees be hurtin my wallet yo! Coffee is like gas… we pay premium prices for something that shouldn’t be so expensive… but we do it anyways to get us going…
I wish I was one of the guys who built the franchise. Then I would be rollin in the dough… or coffee i guess lol.

They re pretty decent at calling the line. A little inconsistent at writing the drinks though, I’ve come here about ten times in the past few months and my drinks were not as I ordered them twice. Overall it’s a fairly decent Starbucks.

Best Starbucks ever the employees are so friendly and fun. There is never a dull moment there because the employees know how to treat you there and make your drinks correct.
