The front staff at this business was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked them specific questions about the service they were offering and recommending, their answer was a very rude ‘I don’t know’. I understand the front staff does not know all the medical terminology and procedures. However, when a customer has a question, a good customer service representative would try to find an answer. Instead of feeling confident with the treatment I was signing up for, I felt extremely uneasy. I called back the next day for further explanation and received the same short, rude answers. At that point, I canceled my future appointment and will never go back there again.

My daughter, Breanna Rogers, died a little over a year ago, and when she continued to receive mail, I would notify the senders that she had passed away, and asked them to please stop sending mail. I also made a request to the Direct Marketing Association, to add her name to the Deceased Do Not Contact List. This has stopped mail continuing to come to her with the exception of this company. l have written to them, called them, all to no avail. They continue to send her their advertisements. So I am hoping that this might work. Please, stop sending her mail, you are ripping her mother’s heart out each time you do it. Although you do not seem to care much about that, perhaps a little negative publicity might do the trick. The impression you have left is that you are a heartless company, that doesn’t give a damn about your customers, potential, current or future. I will take every opportunity to share this with as many people as I possibly can.

Early this year I made an appointment for a consultation on how to treat isolated cysts and possible tumescent micro liposculpture. I was told that the charge was a $ 100 consultation fee that could be credited towards future procedures. At the consultation, an assistant took photos for liposculpture evaluation. Dr Tse gave me lots of information about what kind of liposculpture she could perform. Dr. Tse briefly examined my skin for lesions and advised me to make a future appointment when a new cyst could be cultured for an oral antibiotic prescription and/or determine if corticosteroid injection was an option. I was given only these two bits of advice – standard options I was already aware of, while no new laser or other therapy options were given – and zero treatments or tests, basically ushering me toward a future appt. At check-out, I was shocked when Skincare Physicians was charging me $ 296: a $ 196 medical fee on top of the $ 100 consultation fee. I discussed how I was never told that there would be any separate charge beyond the $ 100 consultation fee. After being threatened that the $ 196 bill would be sent to collections, they«agreed to disagree». I paid the $ 100 fee for this consultation as originally put forth. I had planned to use the $ 100 as a credit toward future procedures, but can never trust how that office operates. So, this visit was like throwing time and $ 100 down the drain. Skincare Physicians have nice glossy marketing. I’m just hoping you protect yourself from unwarranted charges by this shady business practice.

Really nice and professional staff. Dr. Tse was very engaging and thorough. Choosing Skincare Physicians & Surgeons is an easy decision for me!
