Serenergy Healing – Massage By Krissy

Do not buy a Groupon from her! I purchased a package of 5 massages and only received 2 from Krissy and one from someone else. I have tried several times to contact her via phone and emails with no response. I have asked for a refund but no response. Very unprofessional and big ripoff!

BUYER BEWARE! I’m so disappointed to see that Unilocal is offering a deal for a reduced price massage from Krissy. While she is an excellent therapist, she no longer seems to be practicing massage. I bought a package from her last year for 3 massages and she has cancelled at the last minute three separate times. I’ve called her, texted her, called the owner of the Akua Spa and Salon, and Krissy will not respond. I do know that she won’t be working at Akua any longer. I’ve asked for a refund without any acknowlegement from Krissy. She sent a mass email last week stating that she plans to start practicing massage again at a new location in the next few weeks, but that remains to be seen. Do not buy vouchers or packages from this therapist if you value your money.

I would not recommend purchasing massages from Krissy. She does not return voicemails, emails, or text messages when booking an appointment. I still have massages left with her and it does not seem like I will be getting a refund. It’s really sad because I really liked Krissy and thought she was an amazing massage therapist.

Anybody know where Krissy is? My husband & I pre-​paid for 5 massages last year. We’ve used 2 so far. Then Krissy had some health issues and took some time off. She communicated recently via email that she was doing better and would be returning to work after the new year (2014). I’ve tried emailing her at least 3 times, called and left voicemail, texted, and even stopped by the day spa where she does her massages… nobody knows where she is nor has heard from her. It’s dissapointing that there is no communication and we are still owed 3 more massages.

Krissy is a fantastic masseuse! She really listens and tailors the massage to what your body needs. I am a regular and definitely notice when I miss a week or two. She also has regular specials making massages much more affordable. Highly recommend!

Krissy is Ahhhhhmazing! I highly suggest anyone interested in receiving an excellent massage to stop searching and head to Krissy for some body work. I have been receiving massages from Krissy for the past few months and have been amazed in the difference of how my body feels from when first started seeing her. She has ability to work deeply while being very sensitive to my needs so I feel at ease allowing her to effectively work on knots and tender areas. Being a surfer, swimmer and tennis player, my body has developed some new pains and aches as I am maturing and continue to be active. Krissy has a keen sense of the body, and is able to find those difficult to get to knots. And when she does find them, she uses her strong hands yet gentle hands to work the knots out. To her, finding these areas of the body that need work is like a treasure hunt, and she relishes in finding them and working them out.
I highly recommend Krissy to anyone who is seeking quality massages from a professional who can substantially improve the stress, tension and aches in your body.

I have had neck pain for about 10 years and after the recent birth of my second child have had all the kinks and pains associated with pregnancy, childbirth and care for two little ones. Krissy was able to find all my trigger points right away and work through them (ones that I didn’t even know I had). After one session I was 1000x better. After a second session I really felt like some of the pain points were actually gone. Krissy will ask you all about what you need and after actually listening will cater your massage to you. I need hard pressure to work through some knots, so it isn’t all a fun, relaxing massage for me, but that’s what I need and that’s what works! She mixes in different styles of massage that she is versed in to correctly care for you. I can’t wait to go back.

With great trepidation I walked into Krissy’s massage studio! I was in massive pain and stiffness in my neck and feared that I wouldn’t be able to handle having her working on me when it hurt so bad to even move. Well I was wrong! She gracefully worked the pain out of my neck with her usual caring touch! I walked out feeling much better and 24 hours later I can move my neck with ease and pain free! She is a true healer in my book!

Krissy is fabulous! I am a dental hygienist and get extremely tense knotty shoulder, back and neck muscles, including some nerve issues due to repetitive motions. She works out all of the kinks w/​as much pressure as I want and always makes sure that I’m comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and is able to stretch, massage, and manipulate all areas necessary to ease my aches and pains. I have had many many massages by many therapists in my life but Krissy has the most healing hands ever! I am so very glad to have found a therapist worth going back to regularly because as long as I’m a hygienist I’ll have tense muscles for Krissy to work on!

After the urging of my therapist to start seeing a massage therapist on a regular basis to try and relax my very anxious body I found Krissy. I have had many massages in my life, and have never been able to fully relax… this time was totally different. I relaxed completley! My session ended with some Reiki which was awesome! The next day I felt better than I had in a long time. I have now made arrangements to see Krissy every week until my body destresses a little bit, and then will continue to see her every other week, or once monthly from there on out. The best part is Krissy is totally reasonably priced! I enjoyed her so much I even got my sister a certificate so she can go and experience her as well! I urge everyone who is looking for a massage therapist to find their way to Krissy!

Krissy is the best!!!
She has such a way of pinpointing exactly where the pain is, and working on that spot. She has an excellent touch and a very caring nature. I am so glad that I found her! I have a history of migrains and Krissy has really helped so that the duration time is not as long. She located where I am grinding my teeth and the tension I was holding in my jaw. Its truly wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable and talented helping one heal when they are in pain. I highly recommend her!

Krissy is truly talented and has a great touch. She takes care in understanding where you are coming from and what you need. Her deep pressure per my request really worked out some issues in my neck and shoulder within one session that normally takes several sessions. I decided right then and there to invest in a 5 massage package and try out some Reiki too. She led me to a very peaceful and clear place with her energy therapy. I hope she’ll keep me as a dedicated client for as long as my resources hold out (and very affordable).

Honestly, the best massage I have received. She is a kind, caring and honest massage therapist. I couldn’t say enough positive thoughts about my experience. I walked in stressed, overwhelmed and in need of relaxation. I left feeling 100% better, whole and chilled out. Thank you so much Krissy!

Had a well needed massage with Krissie, she really got the kinks out of my shoulders and neck, nice peaceful water fountain in room:-)
