Scott Valley Park

I might be biased since I live near this park, and played in this park as a child, but it’s everything you could want from a local, neighborhood city-​operated park. Scott Valley Park was built in the late 90’s and features a large, flat grassy area, a large sand volleyball pit, basketball courts and playgrounds. I have many fond memories of using the grass for touch football games. In my adult years, it’s awesome that this park turns into a makeshift dog park at dusk once the kids head home from the playground. It is entirely fenced in, and our dog loves it.
Keep an eye out for mosquitoes from the neighboring creek, they can be bad every so often.
