I am writing to tell everyone about my wonderful experience at Paradigm. Initially I was pleasantly greeted by the owner and then introduced to Jessica Ramsey, my new world’s greatest stylist. Jessica was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly I am ecstatic with the results of my cut and styling. Jessica has been making hair magic for eighteen years and she rocks it!
Lili, Jessica’s assistant, was also a very professional and was a pleasure.
I highly recommend your next hair appointment be made at Paradigm.

Jessica is a true artist. She loves what she does and you will feel beautiful when you leave her. I definitely recommend the salon and Jessica.

Have you ever heard that a meal is a meal until you add a great bottle of wine, then it becomes an experience? Well, at Salon Paradigm, my first «experience» was just that. Letty took it to a whole new level. It was not just a haircut… and I am a guy!
I figured I’d give it another shot, this time with Jessica to see if the magic was still there. Lo’ and behold I am hooked! Jessica nailed it and proves that this place rocks. They actually care about the health and condition of your hair and how it grows out, not just the way it looks right then and there.

Found Salon Paradigm and Letty through Unilocal then received a coupon for first time customers, so I made an appointment. I hadn’t had highlights done to my hair for a couple of years in fear of brassy hair, but wanted to try balayage. Letty took the time to understand my concerns and 4 HOURS later– balayage hair!
I scheduled it the same day I had a wedding to attend and received a ton of compliments. I appreciate the hair products they sell, but could do without the sales pitch each visit :)

I had the best experience at Salon Paradigm with Master stylist, Jessica Ramsey. I have never had anyone actually take the time to discuss the history of my hair colorings and cuts. Jessica spent a good 5 – 10 minutes just talking about my hair and what I would like and what she could do with my very fine, thinning and damaged hair. She was upfront with me on what she thought my hair could take and would look good. The salon only uses Eufora products; I had never used the brand, but after having the products used on me and taking a couple home to try, I don’t think I can spend my money on anything else!!! Needless to say I will make the trip from Phoenix to San Diego to have my favorite stylist work on my hair again!

I had such an amazing experience at Salon Paradigm last Friday. I was in the Encinitas area for work and scheduled an appt with Bryanna for a cut & color. When I arrived all of the staff were warm, welcoming and professional. The salon’s owner, Letty is awesome!
I really loved getting to know my stylist, Bryanna. I came in after having not cut my hair in almost a year and I haven’t had it colored in almost 4. I was looking for a change, and Bryanna went above and beyond to give me a great new look. She did a full balayage with caramel highlights and a great layered cut.
She was great at listening to what I wanted during our consultation and then did a beautiful job bringing what we’d discussed to life! I can’t say enough good things, but I will definitely be making the trip from Long Beach more often for Bry and Salon Paradigm.

This salon is awesome! I’m a man (A MAN! ;) and they expertly cut men’s and women’s hair. I love what they did with my cut and I bought their shampoo as well. Letty (the owner) is the best! All good stuff!

I’ve had such a hard time searching for a talented colorist that has the ability to add non brassy color to my coarse, dark hair. I finally found her! Letty is not only beautiful, friendly (also the owner) but she really listened to what I wanted. She delivered the most beautiful, caramely yummy Baylage on my hair. Thanks again for your skills!!!

Wonderful salon. It was an amazing experience. Was the best blow out I have had! Had a scalp massage and my hair was so smooth when it was done. Would recommend to all!

I have experienced Mirza Magic! I wanted a change with my hair but I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. I made my appointment with Mirza and he asked me a bunch of questions to narrow down what I liked and didn’t like about my hair. I completely trusted him from the beginning of the appointment and was confident in his abilities. I was not disappointed! I’m so happy with my haircut and color and will definitely be back!

Not long after I posted my review of this salon, I was contacted by the owner with sincere apologies and a desire to correct the situation. She obviously cares about the reputation of her business and is willing to acknowledge when mistakes have been made. I appreciate good customer service, and her efforts to make it right.

Have been there twice now and will continue going back! Lexy is awesome and has cut my hair exactly how I want each time I go and I always leave feeling great. The vibe in the salon is great as well– very mellow and comfortable.
Great service and great atmosphere! I have referred many friends here as and would recommend it to anyone!

Letty and her team have built a really nice place here– tasteful décor, fun and varied music, friendly staff and a genuinely welcoming feel. As I man, I’ve sometimes felt uncomfortable in other full-​service salons, feeling out of place as they’re really set up to cater only to women, but not here. While I’m confident that it’s fundamentally appealing to females, they have great products and services for men too, and they seem happy to have either come in. Lastly, (and probably most importantly) they do a great job. Letty gave me a fantastic haircut (I’ve received numerous compliments) and left my hair looking and feeling awesome. Full Marks!

I had a brace on my right hand and could not style my hair. When I went in to see Lexy B. for a hair style and blowout and she did a wonderful job. I returned a week later and again she did another great job. Quick and easy! Most of all a great look for my hair.

I found Salon Paradigm through a blow out deal and liked it so much I went back to have my hair cut and styled. Massi did an amazing job with my course hair and I received so many compliments on it. They are reasonably priced and everyone in the salon wants your experience to be positive. If you are in the market for a salon, this is the place!!!

I love this salon because everyone here is welcoming, not just the front desk & your hair stylist but literally everyone! They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to making you look your very best Massi is my stylist & she also does eye brows, not to mention she is a PHENOMENAL makeup artist! I highly recommend you try Salon Paradigm just once, I bet you will never go anywhere else

Great stylists, great products, amazing service! Im so happy to have found salon paradigm! Thank You Letty for REALLY LISTENING!!! Even the most expensive, trendy, salons and stylists in L.A. and Beverly Hills do not compare! And I have spent time, money, and years trying them! It is so difficult to find a stylist that hears what you are asking for and lets you leave with the look you desire and not the image they want to create for you!
I plan to stick with Letty and Salon paradigm for a really long time!

Amazing! I was so excited to hear about Salon Paradigm from my friend, Kim. They were able to fit me in for a cut and color the week before a big family wedding. Kelly did my hair and suggested a great style for my somewhat short, mind of it’s own, hair. Due to a special promotion, I also got two certificates for blow-​outs that my son’s girlfriend and I used to get great styles the morning of the wedding!
I love, love, love the wonderful shampoo, massage, and hot towel treatment! I totally felt like I got the VIP treatment but that’s how they are with everyone.
Thank you again and I already booked my next appointment in a month for my sister’s wedding. But this won’t be just for special occasions. Kelly has a vision for my hair that has been lacking with other stylists. I’m so glad I found this salon!
