We recently moved into a new home and were surprised by the amount of work it needed. We were thrilled when Leo came up with a plan to solve the drainage problems outside with additional patio. He also painted inside and out, installed new tile throughout the house, changed the toilets to low flow, and updated various light fixtures. The work was completed on time and on budget. This review is on consult only. Leo was a delight to speak to. He paid attention to what I want done & helped me prioritize. He was mindful of my budget & provided me sufficient info so I could make the appropriate decision. He seemed pretty honest with his pricing. He got back to me with an estimate after a week. I would’ve gone with him until I found out that my friend actually has a hook up for a better deal. Perhaps in the future, we will work together. :)

We recently used Remoca for a really important remodel project. We checked out several contractors, but were really impressed by Remoca. Leo really approaches things from the perspective of the person who will be using the space. Is it safe? Is it easy to use? And does it look good? Remoca brings a balance of focusing on improvements that are cost-​effective and practical, coupled with aesthetically pleasing. That’s a rare combination! Leo was very thorough in the bid process, making sure all areas were accounted for. He delivered on time and within budget. Remoca went above and beyond on a number of areas, doing a little extra so it all came together. Leo’s the BEST!!! We hired Leo Villaverde, of REMOCA General Contractors, to remodel our master bathroom. I found him on the web, he provided references (which we checked out) and all seemed good to get started. Leo is everything you could hope for from a contractor. He did most of the work himself and coordinated any other contractor that needed to come in for the job. He is meticulous in his detail and knowledgeable of what he is doing. Always on time, leaves a clean workplace, very sincere and respectful, and got the job finished when promised. We have hired Leo for other jobs needed in our home and he will be «our contractor» for all future work needed. We couldn’t be happier with his work and with Leo as a person. You will be very satisfied with the outcome when you hire REMOCA for your next project.

As a Realtor, it is crucial to work with good honest companies. I have worked with Remoca for over 2 years. This company is very reliable and affordable. Leo will not try to sell you on something to increase your costs. He has great ideas and very knowledgeable of his trade. Some contractors are good at what they do, but not very professional. Leo does great work and a friendly person to work with. My highest recommendations!
