Our experience with this company could not have been more pleasant and they more professional. The young men that greeted us and had our car waiting for us after dinner started and finished a great evening out. All valets and valet companies should aspire to be at this level of professionalism and courtesy. I look forward to the next time. The Adessa Family

So upset! I work next to Ruth Chris Steak House in Torrey Pines. When I arrived, I parked at an open spot. When I went to my car over lunch, several cones were placed behind my car to block my exit. I moved them, and was met with this unrelentlessly rude valet attendant in my face accusing me of having moved the cone from the morning. When I continued to repeatedy tell him, ‘No, there was no cone there in the am’, he basically called me a liar and even went so far to say the coffee cart people adjacent saw me do it. So, now we’ve moved from insult to slander. The coffee cart people said they said no such thing and don’t get involved in valet and parking issues. When I came back from lunch, the same spot was open, so I parked there again. Now, the attendant comes at me ready for WWIII. I explained to him again, Look there’s no cone here. That means it’s a free spot and I can park here. I can’t tell you how rude this guy was. I’m still shocked and was shaking after the incident. After calling PCV and Ruth Chris, I thought he’d be reassigned, but he’s still here and I have to deal with seeing him coming and going from my work after such an upsetting confrontation.

You might think I am crazy but good service needs to be rewarded with good comments even if it is about parking CARS. These are the guys that park the cars at most of the Restaurants in Cardiff and at some of the La Costa Events. They did a great job for us at the Beach House in Cardiff on a busy afternoon. We came in two cars and my elderly mom was treated like a queen. I can walk a mile but not my mother. They acted like she was their mother and made sure her car was close and available because of the walker, and told her it was on the house no cost and no tip needed. She did not have to wait in line, and gave them a great tip. Age has its privileges. Some guy named Ziggy was there. Thaks from the whole family. On a seperate note and a seperate valet company: Beware the guys at Encinitas Hospital they tried to give me someone else’s car. I had to insist the BMW was not mine. I have the 16 year old Honda.
