I love modern décor. But I don’t love this store! The Lady who works there is totally rude! There is a lot of furniture on display in the store as is usual for furniture stores. My 13 yr old daughter who was with me, sat down in a office chair & the lady told not to sit in it because people have to buy the chair… Seriously! What should a person do? Just look at their furniture… But not sit in it!!! I will NEVER go back to this store! I will never give them my service!!! On star is tooo high for this review!

Update: The owner contacted me regarding the issues with my order. She was so sweet and apologetic, and she mentioned that they were having some staffing issues that have since been taken care of. I was offered a gift card toward a future purchase for the hassle. She also continued to follow up until the table was delivered. Based on the customer service I experienced these past few months, I would shop here again.

Beautiful store. They have many eclectic and truly inspiring pieces of modernly artistic furniture. But the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever, no one asked me if I needed help and when I looked at them and smiled they simply looked away. I even walked up to an associate who saw me and perceded to walk into the back of the store. Maybe my leather jacket and red lipstick offended them. Sorry ladies… I’ll search for the things I saw at your store elsewhere.

Seriously, the best. Grounded is the home décor store I dream of. I love their coffee table reads, & their gifts for guys. I have bought many a gift for my husband & his friends from Grounded. Also, the Chilewich collection is pretty awesome & I covet their patio furniture collection.

Perfectly curated little shop! There’s no weeding through kitschy pieces to find the true treasures here — they’ve already been handpicked and perfectly laid out by the shop’s owner. The store has greeting cards, mod furniture, and even — my favorite — air plants! (Julie even gave me print out instructions on how not to kill my new plant.) Would be a great spot to find a housewarming gift for a friend. Love, love, love this place.
