Flora Linda Design

I wish I could give Linda a HUGE hug through this review. We can not thank her enough for making our dream vision a reality with our flowers on our wedding day. From the start and meeting her for the first time, I truly felt lucky we had found such a sweet gem. The amount of emails she took the time to go through and respond to me was more than enough to solidify my decision to work with her. She was so accommodating with our budget, went out of her way to help pick and drop items off for us and truly went above and beyond in the final presentation of her work. She had so many wonderful suggestions and recommendations and we could not have done it without her. We received more compliments on the flowers that anything else. Even the groomsmen thought their bouquets were «pretty cool.» I would give her 10 stars if I could and would recommend her to any and everyone!

Linda was amazing! Her bouquets were beautiful and so fresh and everything I expected. She arrived on time to set everything up. The colors were perfect and the corsage she made for my mom was absolutely gorgeous. Not only that, but her prices were so reasonable. You just cannot go wrong with Linda. Call her!

We feel so lucky to have found Linda from Flora Linda Design for our wedding in May 2015. She is super sweet and VERY easy to work with!
Communication:
We do not live in the San Diego area, so we had to communicate mainly via emails (which I prefer) and telephone meetings. Linda was very responsive to all of my emails and flexible on setting up our telephone discussions. She took great notes and always sent «recap» emails afterwards to clarify/​confirm our discussion.
She was also very flexible with her schedule and met with us twice when we happened to be visiting San Diego.
Our first in-​person meeting was at the flower warehouse where she showed us the different flowers we could use and we shared our likes/​dislikes with her. This was really great because we could see that Linda definitely knew her flowers (and all the scientific names for them!) and also we could get a chance to see which flowers were within our budget and which ones we wanted to splurge on. :)
Design:
I can definitely say that Linda can create a wide range of different floral styles — depending on what you like. She was able to create the lush and romantic floral design that we had hoped for. She also offered her design ideas when we needed help, and was also able to make executive decisions on the wedding day if she saw that the design plan didn’t work as expected. It was WONDERFUL to not have to worry about anything flower related on our wedding day! [see photos uploaded!]
Working with Linda was a pleasure, and her work went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. The floral set-​up timing went exactly as planned with no fire drills, and even our venue coordinator had great things to say about working with Linda! I would work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a great florist!

I used Flora Linda Design for my wedding, and I could not be happier! Both Bonnie and Linda helped me throughout the entire process, every step of the way! I was unfamiliar with the different types of flowers so they gave me numerous great ideas to help me. I actually changed my mind a few times and even changed colors (which changed EVERYTHING on their end), and they were totally supportive and helpful in every way possible! They didn’t make me feel bad at all for changing my mind, but instead gave insightful ideas and different options to incorporate the beach theme that I wanted. Not only did they use lovely flowers, but they used star fish, sea shells, and drift wood which were all gorgeous and really added to the theme I wanted! The flowers and arrangements all looked absolutely amazing thanks to them! They even threw in some gorgeous peonies in my bridal bouquet as a special gift to me! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Linda did the floral arrangements for our wedding on July 21, 2013. We were so incredibly happy with her! I did a lot of research and really wanted to find someone reasonably priced without sacrificing quality, well she was the one! She was so easy to deal with during the entire planning process. She really worked with us to give us what we wanted and worked to stay within our budget. In the end, we had beautiful arrangements and Linda to thank for them!
