I went there for a special event and had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have high quality products and services, and their pricing reflects that, but there was zero sales pressure. If it were closer to me I’m sure I would go more often.

We love Dr. Cole and her staff and only wish we still lived in CA so we could continue to be under her care. We moved to Florida a year and a half ago and after looking into several Doctors here, we still have not found anyone who meet the high standards of Dr. Cole’s practice. She is very caring, nurturing, patient and knowledgable. She surrounds herself with people who are bright, enthusiastic and energetic. You feel like you are part of a family who is looking out for your best health and quality of life.
We wish we could be «long distance» patients because, under her care, we felt better than we had since we were in our twenties!
You cannot make a mistake by selecting her as your Doctor!

A positive experience! Dr. Cole prescribed bio-​identical hormones and the results were tremendous. Although pricey, well worth the investment.

I Love Dr. Cole! I saw her for a year and then moved back to Minnesota. I am on my 3^rd Dr. here and at my first visit explained he had some very big shoes to fill! If this one doesn’t work out, I will be going back to California to see Dr. Cole.
With her guidance, in the 1^st 4 months, I had more energy then I had had in 20 years, got back my mental clarity, and lost 20 very stubborn pounds.
Yes, sometimes you will have to wait… but then so will the next person! Once you are in her office, it’s all about you.
I never had any issues with her staff. They are all very competent and friendly.
It is unfortunate that wellness Dr’s do not accept insurance. However, it is worth the investment.

I have been seeing Dr. Cole for 4 years now (now through phone consults even after a move across the country) and she is BRILLIANT! It is so refreshing to find a doctor that sits down with you, without time limitations (probably the reason why she may be late) to really look over your history and not miss anything. She has definitely caught things that other doctors have missed and I am grateful for that.
I have had a few hiccups with office staff in the past. However, it seems like there are a lot of new people so I am hoping that is resolved. Because she treats the whole person, there is a lot to look at and it does involve more testing than usual. If I can’t do a test or treat something at the moment due to expense, she is very receptive and understanding when I am open and honest about it with her. I love having her in my health corner!

First things first, Dr Cole is amazing. Super smart, well informed and will go the extra mile for you.
She is often running late on her appointments but mainly because she cares so much she spends extra time with everyone so if you’re the kind of person who can’t handle having to wait then this office might not be for you.
On the other hand, the office is always making sure to run tests that your insurance will cover for you, so you don’t end up with piles of medical bills and are very helpful otherwise. In my opinion the care you receive from dr cole more than makes up for some of the office unorganization and wait time.

I have been a patient for over 5 years and enjoy the outstanding services provided. Brittany is the best of the best. I receive regular facials from her which have made a big difference. Brittany Bain is well versed in facial care and gets amazing results. Would not go to anyone else. I put my trust in Brittany and have never looked back!

I recently met with Dr. Cole to address hormone issues I’ve been dealing with. Based on the great reviews, I felt she might be the right person to help find the answers and solutions I was looking for.
I’d been going to another local hormone specialist, and wasn’t totally happy with the results I was getting. It was kind of a shock to learn that her consult fee is $ 400. Other specialists in the area charge ½ as much. My health is a top priority for me, so given the reviews I figured she must be worth it.
Making the appointment was easy. I was told she books out months in advance, but was given a cancellation spot the following week. I was also informed that she’s always running late and it was okay to come late to my appointment. That was odd to me. What type of professional doctor does that? And also has the staff tell patients they will have to wait well past their appointment time?
The day of my appointment, I arrived on time and ended up waiting 45+ to see Dr. Cole. The office is okay. Very small waiting room and the doors are all open, so you can see and hear everything going on in the office. The front desk person was nice and chatty. Everyone else was, well, not as pleasant.
I finally got to see Dr. Cole after waiting close to an hour. She came across as scattered, unfocused and not very professional. New clients have to fill out all kinds of history forms which takes forever. I wasn’t impressed when she started asking me the very same questions in our session. Why did I spent 20min writing the stuff down if she was just going to use our appointment time to ask the same things?
Anyways, I explained why I was there and what I was experiencing. She didn’t really take my opinion or experience into consideration before deciding what she thought the problem was. Her manner was pretty abrasive and very much the «expert». Didn’t care for her manner or approach at all.
A few minutes into the consult staff members began interrupting our meeting. People just opened the door and walked in. They’d ask Dr. Cole about other patient files, the internet and stuff like that. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.
After I’d shared my history, symptoms etc. Dr. Cole told me it would take another 2 consults with her at $ 400 each to determine a treatment plan. She always said I needed 5+ tests none of which were covered by my insurance totaling and additional $ 2k! Basically I would need to spend $ 1200 in office visit fees + $ 2k in tests and then she’d be able to give me a diagnosis and treatment plan? I explained that I wanted to go the most cost effective route, and she just didn’t seem to hear me or take that into consideration.
Based on my experience with other hormone doctors, in my option she’s WAY over priced and far too scattered for me to feel comfortable and trust her as a physician. My personal feeling is they are taking patients for as much money as they can y calling the it the center for age management. Like it’s some cutting edge facility when the hormone doctor down the street does the same things for way less. I’ve never gone to a doctor who charged a HUGE consult fee, then charged you again to give you your results, and then planned to charge you AGAIN just to get a treatment plan.
Truth is, if she was professional, on time, focused, delivered value in all of her appointments, took my needs and concerns into consideration etc. I would consider spending the money. But Dr. Cole did none of those things. Meeting with her showed me how much better the other Dr. I’d be going to was.
One off the biggest red flags for me was seeing Dr. Cole and her staff. I believe that a Dr. and the office staff are a reflection of the services being provided. Nobody I met, including Dr. Cole, appeared overly healthy, youthful, focused, personable or that they were managing the aging process well. In fact, the front office clerk said she had the same hormone issues I did and that they were still a problem.
If the doctor hasn’t helped herself, or her staff, I’m doubtful she’ll be able to help me. Dr. Cole might have 20+ years of experience, but to me it doesn’t show in her professionalism or approach to treating clients.

I wanted to update to say that my husband finally went to see Dr. Cole, and it has literally save his life. He was diagnosed with diabetes in the prime of his just-​past-​middle-​aged life, and was soon taking 5 or 6 prescription medications, and feeling crappier and getting fatter every year. He suddenly decided he would see Dr. Cole, and the magic began. She saw, she listened, she tested, and she prescribed. He started a medically supervised diet and has lost over 20 lbs to date, and he feels like a new person. He has stopped taking ALL of his medicine — all of it — and is doing better than ever. Folks, this is a miracle. His previous doctor was happy to continue to up his meds and give him new drugs to pile on top, all the way to the grave. Dr. Cole has given his life back, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Andrea Cole is a life saver! The Good news: After years of inaccurate diagnoses and advice from my ppo and various specialists, turns out, yep, I’m getting old. After an extensive initial consult and bloodwork, Dr. Cole prescribed dietary changes, vitamins and supplements, as well as some hormones. Within a week I was sleeping, and within a month my digestion and moods were balanced. After three months, we started a plan to get off of the medications previously prescribed. Staff are all courteous and respectful.
The only negatives: Wait times can be long if you come in the afternoon/​evening. Insurance coverage tends to be poor to non-​existent, and cost can seem prohibitive, but in my case, worth every cent ten times over. Dr. Cole is now my primary physician. She is even part of my kids’ (6 and 9) care team.

Absolutely the best experience:) Elisabeth Flores took her time to talk to me and figure out what was best for my desired results. I will be going back and I have already referred 2 friends to go see her.

After feeling nauseous and bloated for several months every time I ate, I finally decided to call Dr. Cole at the Center for Age Management. She recommended a nutrition evaluation and an allergy test. It was super easy and within 3 weeks my results were in. I was highly intolerant to gluten and other foods. Two months after cutting these allergic foods out of my diet I lost 15 pounds and I feel much better; all thanks to Dr. Cole.
