We had an issue with the hood latch on our Audi SUV on our way between Lawrence, KS and Stillwater, OK. We were about 3 miles outside Emporia and the closest Audi dealer was 91 miles in the other direction. We found Williams with a quick google search and gave them a call shortly before 5pm on a Monday. They were very helpful telling us to come in and they would take a look. They were very friendly when we arrived and went right to work. After a diagnosis and some playing with the latch they fixed the problem and had us on our way. A great experience.

Broke down in Emporia and needed a tow and eventually a new fuel pump. Wesley and the folks at Williams Automotive were prompt, friendly, helpful and professional. At what I am sure was his family dinner time, Wesley took the time to help us find lodging and transport us there so we didn’t have to walk or take a cab, Our repair was prioritized the next day, even though the garage was clearly quite busy, and we were on our way in less than 24 hours without a single hitch. Awesome transaction — highly recommended.
