Still a great spot. When you need your Mexican food fix, but aren’t ready to settle for Taco Bell.

We love this place and drive all the way from Whitehall to Emmaus to eat there… the service is good… the salsa is addicting and the food is awesome and my family likes that you get enough to fill you up! We will continue to eat here as long as they are there and hope that is for a LONG time… best Mexican food in the Lehigh Valley!

This restaurant has only gotten progressively worse. I can only describe the food as a slop of grease. I have never seen food with so much grease and oil in it… Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

My wife and I love Mexican food (both authentic and Americanized). We finally went to Fiesta Olé. It had plenty of parking and a comfortable atmosphere. The service was efficient and friendly.
The chips and salsa came out quick and we didn’t have to ask for refills (ditto with our sodas). We ordered the guac-​theater (quac made at your table) and, although it wasn’t the best and it was expensive, it was good and fresh (it was made with two avocados, FWIW).
Our favorite part of the experience was the soups. Wow. My wife ordered tortilla soup; it was fresh and tasty. I got the «Caldo Tlapeno» (a moderately spicy chiken stew) and I can’t imagine it being any better (it was too smokey for my wife). We also ordered the mixed beef and chicken fajitas (we were going to split it), but had to box it up as we were absolutely stuffed. It was excellent, too.
It looked to be kid friendly, too. We’ll certainly be going back.

Fast, clean and OK place for weekday lunch types.

This place was okay. Once my boyfriend and I were seated it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to introduce herself and ask if we wanted anything to drink. It was not a busy night by all means (it was a Thursday), so I thought that was odd.
The food itself was mediocre — but I’m not sure if I should’ve expected more. This was my first time at this location. I ordered the fish tacos and my boyfriend the shrimp fajitas. The portions were huge, but the taste wasn’t the best.
We both ordered their house margaritas and thought they were good. Overall, it was an okay experience but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again.

We visit Fiesta Olé often. While we never expect fine dining, our most recent visit will keep us from returning. We waited several minutes before anyone appeared to seat us. Our food seemed more «prepackaged» than usual. However, the thing that really set us over the edge was the one waitress who continually touched our 18 month old’s hair, head, and face, even after we expressed our discomfort.

The location is great with ample parking and easy access. The facility is nicely decorated and clean. The food is average, nothing special, but the note of distinction is their Margarita. The worst Margarita I have ever experienced and I have dined in dozens and dozens of Mexican restaurants here and in Mexico. Obviously a cheap mix with some added cheap tequila, it tastes like Janitor-​in-​a drum. Undrinkable! Maybe it was a bad night for their bartender but I would never try another since the first was worse than terrible.

We ordered a variety of entrees to go including enchiladas, chimichangas, quesadillas, and chile rellenos. Everything was very good. Our order came with fresh salsa and white queso dip (which we didn’t order… mistake or complimentary?) very good.
Overall, food tasted good and everyone liked it. Only complaint is that they forgot to bring one take out container to the register and we didn’t realize it til we got home. Had to go back and get the missing food.

Came here today on a Monday afternoon and without a doubt the worst service experience I have ever had in a restaurant hands down, food was OK but our waitress never came by for anything, had to send for her, had to ask for chips, drinks etc, will never go back.

Terrible service is one and only way to describe this place. If you wait 35 minutes to be acknowledged on a Monday by someone at the front so you can be seated, you know you have arrived at a truly awful restaurant.

Nope! Every time I get in the mood for Mexican, but don’t feel like driving this places name comes up and I cringe. The place gets 1 star for what appears and taste like homemade salsa and chips. Oh and another thing the same exact meal you order at lunch is a minimum of $ 3 more at dinner. If I had the stomach to actually go twice I would take a picture of the lunch Chimi, and then the Dinner chimi meal. You would think I copied and pasted. The only difference is the escalated dinner price. I had a house margarita here. It tasted like dirty feet. UGH.

Fiesta Olé is a mediocre Mexican restaurant. I sat at the bar and had a beer or two and some Shrimp enchiladas for dinner. one of my shrimp wasn’t peeled. The flavors were not bad, but the presentation was lackluster.
Nothing really stood out as terrible about the place, but I wasn’t at all impressed by the experience. The décor was a little cheezy, looked kind of like a child’s drawing of what the southwest would look like.
The bartender was polite.
Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

My husband and I enjoy this restaurant. It’s always a bit off. However, the food is Mexican and just like our restaurants in Arizona, they are all a bit odd but good is good. Some menu items are better then others. Overall, the food is great and the entertainment poor and the service typical of a real Mexican Restaurant. It could use some help but then it might not be a good neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Drinks are so so.

Ladies and gentlemen I give you piss-​poor management at it’s finest.
Short story: The food here is actually pretty good, but the terrible service and downright awful management make this place a bust. Do take out if you must, and check your order thrice.
I normally don’t get into too much detail but this was a sh*t show:
We went in for a meal with a larger party (10 people) which we had called about a full day in advance. They put us in a semi-​separated room with NO heat and one server. They had outdoor propane heaters inside, which didn’t work. (Which despite being cold I was thankful for as it’s probably a fire code violation)
Food took FOREVER and when it did arrive, realized that despite ordering a vegetarian enchilada with my bean burrito combo they brought me out a chicken enchilada. I asked him to just give me an empty plate so I could knock the chicken enchilada off my plate and he could just bring out a vegetarian one separately. Well I never got a plate and after another epic wait I could finally see him in the distance approaching the cold lair they left us in. My eyes began to light up only to see him look at the enchilada realize it was YET AGAIN chicken, about face and dissappear into the kitchen before I could proclaim my sudden decision to quit my life-​long vegetarianism.
No sorry, no free enchilada, no heat… no more of my business.

Terrible place to eat. Bad service bad food. Good portions of food straight from the microwave. No flavor. Called for a to go order and was treated terrible telling me to call another time when they were less busy. I don’t recommend!

Fiesta Olé fills a void due in large part to the significant shortcomings within the Lehigh Valley for quality Mexican food. Overall the building is fairly dingy, rundown, and not particularly inviting as a place to eat dinner.
In my experience the food can be hit or miss. Recently, I visited and felt that the chips with salsa /​guacamole were not as good as they had been in the past. The chips were not particularly fresh or warm, the salsa lacked any distinct flavor, and guacamole also seemed flavorless.
Our entrees were good. We had a shrimp diablo and chicken fajitas. The portions were nice sized, the food was hot, and the flavors were good. However, the overall experience was not as good as I had previously had at this same location. On the positive side the service was very attentive and on top of anything we needed!

Good food. But when you order to go. You can always count on them not giving you guacamole with an order that comes with it.
Plus they cry when you ask for a lime.

This is clearly NOT authentic Mexican food. Anyone else who says different has never had authentic Mexican. Big disappointment and way too pricy for the type of food that they serve here. Never going back again.
