Eyecare of the Valley

Just got home from my first appointment here with Dr Welch. I’ll start by saying how pleased that I was that I could get an appointment as quickly as I did. My last pair of contacts became unusable and I was able to schedule an appointment two days from the time I called. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the benefits of my insurance regarding getting glasses vs. contacts.
Dr. Welch performed the full exam and was very personable. I was given two different samples of contacts to try out before ordering. I also felt that the whole process was timely and I didn’t have to spend much time waiting; I did fill out the new patient forms downloaded from their website prior to arriving to help things along.

Friendly staff. I met with Dr Welch. She was friendly and efficient. Setting up the appointment was easy. I didn’t order glasses this time, but my contacts arrived as promised, and my only questions was answered quickly.
I believe that there are two doctors who work at this location. Hours are workable. Location is near Emmaus High School, and near the intersection of major roads.
