Really unfriendly and not helpful at all. I felt as if if I was interrupting their work. I would not recommend this store if customer service is important to you

Eisenhard’s was fine — nothing amazing, but nothing horrible either.
We used to live around the corner from this store — so when I went to shop for carpet for our new home, they were on my list. Like most carpet stores, they have limited hours outside of the standard office hours, so a bit difficult to make it to. We made it there about an hour before closing, and they were very friendly. Having shopped a few other places, we had a good idea of what we wanted and what price point we’d be at. They were having a «sale» (which carpet store isn’t!!!), and we couldn’t find anything that was exactly what we wanted, or at the price ranges we’d already been quoted. They did show us an interesting mix that was close to the right price range, at least as far as. We took it home to check it with our own light and to put it over a piece of pad to check it, and it just wasn’t what we wanted. Especially when we added in that their install/​pad/​removal price was well above & beyond what anyone else in the Lehigh Valley was charging.
When I went to bring back the board, their first question was «when can we install it?» not «how did you like it?,» which is fine. I politely declined and went on my way.
They do have a very large selection and they were very nice, but the showroom feels like a basement and we just didn’t feel like they were at all cost competitive with the local market.
