It has been amazing to work with Ruben on a music video that we recently shot at my art residency. He is very responsive, talented and punctual! Ruben also is very conscious of wanting to convey the vision of the client and offers creative input when necessary but without stepping on any toes! There has been an ease and comfort in working with him and knowing this project is going to look amazing when we’re done editing it! I highly recommend Ruben for any photography or video needs you have for sure! Super talented artist and super great human being!

Hired them through Thumbtack for our wedding on May 8th as they were the best price and had everything we wanted. Ruben has great communication and made sure all the guests kept a photo and put a photo in the guest book and had them sign it. He made a photo template for all the photos and provided the gueat book. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a guestbook that matches the event. We received a green/​pinkish guestbook that I will be purchasing a wedding looking guestbook and tranferring everything over. Other than that great service and great price. Definitely worth it!

Ruben was such a pleasant person to work with. We have not seen our wedding video footage yet, but we have gotten our highlight and it’s just beautiful. The customer service is great and Ruben is really easy to get a hold of. Not to mention the number of times I contacted him to edit our highlight. On the day of the wedding he made sure to not be in my face (the bride) and was very easy to work with. He captured many candid and natural moments and I look forward to seeing our overall video. Both my husband and I are happy. Thanks Ruben! You did a great job at your first Persian wedding :)

Talk about short notice
Ruben did an amazing job he was on time and performed professionally. We didn’t even meet before hand to talk (due to my short notice) but when we met up he sprung into action. He wired me up and made sure I was good to go and he asked a couple of questions and then he said ACTION. Ruben thanks again for capturing our special day thanx a whole bunch.
I called him a week before our wedding luckily he was not booked yet.

If your looking for a great photographer/​videographer for your event Ruben at Sybexstudio is the guy to go with. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of video and photo and takes great pride in his work to deliver excellent service to his customers. I booked him for a pregnancy photo shoot since I was pregnant with my first baby and very excited I wanted to have pictures taken and he did such an amazing job all my friends were so impressed with them that I ended up hiring him for video for my baby shower and the birth of my baby! I will definitely continue to hire him for future events and will recommend him to everyone I know.
