I really can’t say enough great things about this catering company. I was introduced to Lunch-In about a year ago and have used their services on an almost weekly basis ever since. Here’s why: Sales and Service– Antoinette is the owner/founder and does an amazing job of getting all the necessary information and anticipating the needs for the specific meeting or event that is being catered. Attention to detail is key and most people could learn how to execute this skill, so this is not actually where I give the most credit. What’s most impressive is that she remembers all of our conversations and can recall details from previous orders quickly. The more we work together, the less I have to explain because if she encountered it once, she remembers forever. Food quality and consistency– The food is consistently amazing ALWAYS. Whether it’s catering for 10 or catering for 250, the food has always been great. The head Chef, Sean, is a Culinary Academy graduate and takes the most pride in his product. They are very open and proud of where their ingredients and inspiration come from and it truly shows on every plate of food. I’ve received incredible feedback over the past year from attendees about how great the food is. Also, if you want something that isn’t on the menu, they will work extremely hard to get whatever it is you’re asking for, I’ve done many times. But most notable, in the past, I wanted a certain type of cupcake that they simply didn’t make. But instead of saying, «I’m sorry, maybe I can interest you in…», Antoinette made sure she found exactly what I wanted and facilitated the entire ordering and delivery process. Sadly, it’s very hard to get that service from a caterer these days. Business model– I like that Lunch-In was founded, and is run by a family, because it means everything they do has their name on it. They work very hard for me as a client because if the business isn’t successful, they aren’t successful and I personally I find it easier to work with and trust a person who works under those types of guidelines. Lucky for me — it’s been great so far. I look forward to working with Lunch-In for many years to come.
