I ordered a photo book a while ago using this company. I was very dissapointed with the coloring and quality of the photos. They turned out very orangy and nothing like the ones I sent in the order. I did try to call them to ask for a possible reprint or some other options. However, I could not get a hold of anyone and the automated voice system was of no help. I gave up and gave the book as a gift anyway. However, next time I will choose to work with different company. And, I doubt the person who received the book will be recommending this company either, after noting the quality.

I can’t speak to delivery issues(or lack thereof) yet but I seriously have to question a PHOTO company that can’t even tell you what thickness/weight they use for their photo cards! It’s nowhere to be found on their website and when I used their chat help, I had to wait 30 minutes for the obviously wrong answer. Can you imagine that an employee of Kodak actually told me that the thickness of their photo paper is … wait for it … .03 mil? What, are they printing on onion skins these days? When I told the CSR that his information was wrong and was there a manager I could speak to, he gave me the main CS number. I called and had to wait another 5 minutes for that CSR to tell me that it is 100lb weight. Really? Sounds like over-kill to me. Obviously no one there knows anything about photo paper … apparently not even management. If you are planning to use them … order now! Who knows how much longer they can stay in business … sounds like they are running on empty.

I have to agree with the other review about Kodak Gallery. Do not use them to order anything unless you want it late of course. My mother placed an order with them for a gift for a friend and so far we had not received it. We tried to contact them and after several attempts at using the live chat method to contact them we were finally able to get a person who was not very helpful and told us as one other person said that they we would have to wait at least 10 business days before the order would be considered lost.

Miserable service from Kodak Gallery. Bugs in their ordering software that screw up billing and shipping. Program initially doubled my order, so I had to get one refunded. Then, shipping became an ordeal when order did NOT come within timeframe. When looked up my account, turns out item was returned to them. When I sought customer service to help, all they suggested was that I replace the order. After 45 mins on the phone. My customer service rep finally managed to get permission to reship, expedited with no shipping charge. This is well and fine, but it took me hounding the rep and his supervisor to get something done that should have automatically been initiated by Kodak. I’m switching to shutterfly.

Just had the worst experience ever with them, placed an order, with rushed shipping and everything, and it won’t arrive in time– after a very important event. And the worst part is, all customer service would say/do is that I can call back later and get my shipping refunded.
