Friendly staff with a beautiful atrium to eat in. A lot of great choices and I recommend the Cabucci Paninni. Much better value than the local food trucks.

When you’re in a rush in the morning you can get a quick fix at this spot. Breakfast Sandwiches, Paninis and Ciche. Kind of hidden but it’s nice not have to fight crowds at this place!

Have you ever tried their freshly squeezed orange juice? It is so fresh and delicious. Very good customer service as well. The ambiance is so soothing while sipping the orange juice. You should try it.

One of the better lunch options in the Emeryville area. They make a good sandwich, fairly quickly, and with a nice sit-down area. In the grand scheme of things though, this place isn’t that special.

I still can’t get over how expensive it is. $ 3.95 for an iced Americano. The quality is fine/good for Emeryville. But service is inconsistent and atmosphere is underwhelming. Don’t make a stop for it. If you happen to have a meeting in the same building and you only have 30 minutes for lunch, it’s a great option.

I love this place for their Tuscan roast beef panini and the salad that comes with it. Lots of great flavors and it’s close to work.

I highly recommend any of the pesto panini’s, they’re all great. My co-workers and I come here for lunch every once and a while, it’s a little pricy for a sandwich lunch, but the sandwiches are a treat!

The place is a bit pricy but the food is usually pretty tasty. I love how the staff remembers your name and are always friendly. I come here mostly for breakfast or lunch.

Came for lunch with a coworker today for the first time. It’s a tiny little place located inside a large building, but the atrium inside is great, lots of foliage and cool stone tales. It’s all very relaxing. I had been craving sandwiches, so I ordered the roast pork that had melted provolone, grilled onions and mushrooms. All in all, a pretty satisfying and tasty sandwich. It had the sweetness and earthiness from the mushrooms, a little bit of acidity from the onions and mustard, to compliment the pork and cut that fattiness. The provolone mellowed everything out nicely. Definitely a yummy sandwich. I also really love the bread they use. It’s just perfect! Thick but soft, chewy, a little crunch on the very outside, I could eat that bread for days! Overall the sandwich is pretty tasty. Don’t expect it to blow your socks off, but it’s good. From what I’ve had, I like this place, but i’ll need to try more to really be sure how consistent their food is.

I eat here all the time — mostly because my office is right next door, but the food is pretty good too! I almost always get the All Season salad with chicken. They make pretty decent lattes and fresh squeezed juice also(if you’re there for breakfast).

Not terrible but very mediocre in almost every way. Fresh enough but pretty bland-ish flavor. Service was so-so. Overall you could do better 85% of the time. It kind of reminds me of public school cafeteria food for adults. It’s in a business park and there is a nice plaza with a fountain. The seating area outside of the restaurant is a pleasant but overly manicured atrium.

Cabucci’s is related to Bucci’s a few blocks down. I went here many months ago and could not eat there since they were being renovated there. Finally got a chance to try their food and got asSoup and salad. Both were OK.

I like grabbing breakfast here. It’s rare that I do it, but they are friendly. The drip coffee is pretty good and I LOVE the lox sandwich. It has the best bite to it!

I had lunch here on January 7. The one thing I will say about this place is the food is very high-quality, it’s very fresh and the portions are just ridiculously large. –At least my meatloaf sandwich and roast potatoes were. However, compared to a number of places around this area, what you’ll spend for lunch here is a little more than average. However, in retrospect, it’s worth spending a little more to get a higher-quality repas. Make sure you bring your appetite because the portions are large enough to eventually make anybody a diabetic, even a super model. Just kidding, Perhaps not diabetic but possibly obese like someone from the Sopranos or something. That’s okay because the sandwiches are good and the salads are excellent plus everything is fresh and the it’s a pretty nice to for a restaurant located inside of an office building.

My co-workers and I absolutely love Cabucci’s. Everything I’ve had there has been delicious, but my favorite is the Pesto di Pollo with avocado. The sandwich comes on their home made foccacia that is fantastic. Tino, the manager, really knows how to treat everyone well to the point where you feel like family. i once placed a big order for pick up. After I had left, Tino realized an item was missing and delivered it to us along with another sandwich on the house! Cabucci’s is definitely one of my favorite lunch spots.

If you’re eating here odds are you work in or close to Emerystation so while they are a bit expensive you can consider that extra $ 2 – 3 a sort of convenience tax. You can get salads and sandwiches there for $ 7 or so but adding extras like chicken will bring it up to $ 9. Recommend the Spinach or Tuna Salad. If they have the roast chicken on special that is pretty decent as well.

Always a good experience eating at this little café. Tino, the manager, makes you feel like you’re at home. Extremely hospitable and courteous. You cannot walk by without becoming enticed by the aroma wafting through the ground floor of this office building. This was my 3rd time eating at Cabucci’s in January. Know the peak hours and avoid them when you can(or accept that the food will take longer to prepare), so you won’t be complaining about it later. It’s been eons since I’ve had breakfast here. Their breakfast sandwiches are smaller in portions than the usual lunch offerings. Perfect size for me. There were 3 sandwiches to choose from, in addition to the usual breakfast dish of eggs and sides. We had the panino with eggs, turkey, romaine, arugula, and mozzarella on toasted bread. The sandwich was pretty good for $ 5.99, but I wish I had the bacon instead of the turkey. Fresh-squeezed orange juice was refreshing. We tried a slice of ricotta pound cake. It tasted as delicious as it looked. It’s nice to sometimes take a break and slow down the pace of frantic work days. Take a breather and enjoy the green surroundings while you sip your morning coffee/tea/OJ.

I stumbled across this place while exploring the neighborhood waiting for Bucci’s to open. Turns out this is their sister/annex place. First of all, great menu for such a small place with lots of items to choose from, including daily specials. I definitely plan on working through a lot of this menu. So far, I’ve had their breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, greens and bacon. Simple, delicate sandwich that was mighty tasty. A great example of how food does not have to be complex and massive to be great. On my way out, after getting my breakfast sandwich, I noticed they make a muffaletta sandwich. What you should know is when I go to New Orleans, I obsess over this sandwich and cram down as many as I can at Central Grocery while I’m there.(It’s scary to watch, so I’m told.) So the expectations are high when I decided to get one from Cabucci’s. First, they only make a limited quantity every day, due to this sandwich needing a lot of prep and time to sit and absorb the olive spread, which helps the flavors meld into pure heaven. You have to get there early to nab one. I got there at 11:15am and snatched the last one. Mighy fine muffaletta. I will definitely get another, and if you like a good Italian sandwich, try it. One last note on this place, I was really impressed that the manager, Tino, remembered me and my want for this sandwich. On my return, I was greeted with a very warm hello and great conversation about food, sandwiches and the shoppe. Anyone who remembers me and treats me like a welcome customer gets my business. I have every intention to place some company orders at this place. They have a great group/platter menu and completely willing to do off-menu items with enough notice. Bravo, Tino.

I come here every once in a while when I need lunch as there are only a handful of food choices within a 5 min walking radius of my office in Emeryville. It’s a bit pricey but the BLAT(bacon lettuce avocado tomato) sandwich and the Meatloaf sandwich with fried potatoes are worth it at around $ 8 and $ 9 respectively. Seriously tho, unless you live or work around here, there’s no reason to go out of your way to come to Cabucci’s. Thank goodness for the food cart craze, giving all of us more lunch options. Liba SF and Primo’s Parrilla FTW!

Just get the egg salad sandwich. you think — egg salad? yes egg salad. every person I brought I told them — I don’t ever get egg salad, but here it’s dang tasty — just get it. not one person regretted it and said it was really good. egg salad. get it with the potatoes. those potatoes are so incredibly good when they make it fresh. the salad side is a good option too — simple but good. But if it’s your first time — get the potatoes with your sandwich. the pork sandwich is good but really greasy. ask for the egg salad bread — so much better. tried their tuna sandwich — did not like. this place is really pricey but the sandwich servings are big and egg salad is worth the money. one of those places that just surprises you with good food.
