All Access Locksmith

I am a first time home buyer and needed my house rekeyed the day I got my keys. Eugene was very down to earth and business friendly. He was able to meet me at a time that was good for me, which was after the stanard 8am — 5pm business hours. I would recommed All Access Locksmith!

Like a dumb dork, I locked my girlfriend and myself outside the house, and we were in a hurry to get somewhere.
On the positive side, my lock was left in tact, and paying with a credit card was easy because the locksmith was using the Square Card Reader.
However, the locksmith took about an hour to get to my place after I made the call. That isn’t very good considering (A) I was in a hurry, and (B) I’ve seen ads with other locksmiths saying they get to their destination within 15 minutes. Also, the total came out to $ 150 ($ 95 for the unlock and $ 55 for the service call). I’ve never had to deal with a locksmith before, so I admittedly don’t know if this is a fair or an unfair price, but $ 150 was twice as much as I was expecting to pay.
So in short, the service itself wasn’t bad, but the price and time it took for them to get here left me a little bitter. Next time I need a locksmith, I am going to check elsewhere first.

Al was prompt and got the job done quickly. We needed to change the locks after moving in to our new home and he helped change both locks and was nice enough to create 7 keys for the same price.
Base is about $ 80 to come out for anything I believe, and for 2 locks it’s $ 90 — from what I hear it’s a fair price compared to the other top rated locksmiths in the area.

Al is fantastic! We needed him after locking ourselves out and he was prompt, even arriving a little before he said he would. He explained the different steps he would attempt to get our door open. And of course viola, we were inside in no time.
I requested that he come by the next day to replace the lock. He followed up with me when I had not called him by the afternoon (meetings!!). Though he had other appointments, he asked if he could come by at 8p and was again a tad early. He promptly rekeyed the lock and completed the job quickly. I thought his prices were reasonable for the quality and courteous level of service.

was locked out of my apt and needed to get in asap. I live in a mixed residential and commercial building so the security does not keep extra sets. A technician came in 20 minutes and got me back into my apt within no time. super professional. thank you all access lockmith!
