Love this place! The instructors and staff are wonderful. The classes are great — challenging but always fun! Everyone is super friendly and I always feel like I get the best workouts here. Instructors always offer modifications to the workout, so everyone feels welcome in a class. I love the deals they have as well. I buy a group of classes at a time and the best part is — it doesn’t expire! I am able to attend whenever I want to, and how often I want to. This is a great place for someone looking for classes. Super friendly, affordable, and always a great time.

I went to a few classes here before relocating to Florida and I had the most amazing classes. What led me here was the fact that my favorite Zumba instructor, Alvaro, from another gym started teaching here instead. He is amazing and brings so much energy to a class, music and choreo. It’s no wonder people have followed him here. Angelica is great too and I got to take a class with her before I left, she is a sweetheart. I also attended their Labor Day Zumba event which was packed to the max and so much fun. Keep on!

Love this. Chris and Nancy changes my mind about Zumba and I love going. The only thing I dislike is how crowded Chris Monday night class is. There is barely any room to do all his fun moves that involving moving left and right. He moves a little fast but the beat is awesome. He really makes it fun. I’m a huge country fan so I never know any of the music he plays but now I sing alone when I hear it out.

Went here once for Zumba on mother’s day with my mom, sister, cousin and aunt. My mom, sister and I paid the $ 10 drop in rate. Our class started promptly on time and it went really well. We all had a good time and the music was fun. It was a little fast paced at some points but otherwise the instructor made it easy enough to catch on. The room gets kind of hot so make sure to have a cold bottle of water or two and a towel with you.

I love, love, love coming here! This place has seriously transformed into my ‘happy place’. Unfortunately due to my work schedule, I really only come here on the weekends, but if I still worked in the area, I’d be here almost every day. The instructors are awesome and supportive and the classes are a blast! Prior to coming here I’ve only taken one other Zumba class and that class didn’t really make me want to try it again. But after discovering this place (thanks to Google) my mom and I both come here regularly on Saturday and Sunday and just have a lot of fun working out. If you have ever wanted to try out Zumba classes definitely check this studio out!

Carve Your Body has changed the way I look at «going to the gym.» They have the BEST Zumba classes and instructors (Try Anna, Chris, Lucy and Bessie) and offer everything from weight training to belly dancing, and anything in between. The owner, Bessie, is extremely accomplished and successful, but still down to earth. I really feel like she cares about how I’m doing individually with classes, health, weight loss, etc. Classes fill up really fast, so get there early if you want a spot in the front!

This place rocks! After numerous disappointing zumba classes at my gym, I took matters into my own hands and googled «zumba, bergen county» and discovered this gem. The hour long classes are high energy and the music is pumping, and they have instructors at all levels. They even offer belly dancing on Sundays, which surprisingly is really quite a workout. Carve your Body has also just started «ballroom mixers» I haven’t tried but imagine its sort of like your local «dancing with the stars»!! I am so happy to have found Carve your Body, its awesome!
