I’ve been coming to this clinic for 2+ years and have noticed remarkable health benefits. To put it simply, I just feel better. I don’t get sick very often, and if I do catch something it only lasts a few days vs weeks that others experience. I feel I get much more benefit from the adjustments + the other exercises that complement it than just having the adjustment alone. I used to go to a Dr. who only did adjustments and I’ve noticed a positive difference in combining the machines and adjustments for the total experience. I also like that massage therapy is incorporated into the therapy plan. I believe all three activities help me be at my best.
