Nick Abraham Buick GMC

I already knew what truck I wanted before going into the dealership, and agreed on a price and APR. In the past, when I have done this before, dealerships (not this one) would try to say that price was wrong, or my credit is bad (it’s right around 800) and they cant do those rates. Basically a bait n switch. This was not so with Abraham GMC. My salesman, Mike, was amazing. Not only did he not try to up-​sell me on anything, but when I mentioned that the truck I wanted was missing a few things (like running boards), he went right to his parts dept and found a pair so that it could be installed before I left. This made my experience even better.
Now, I already have an issues with my truck (steering wheel heater doesnt work), but Mike has been following up with me to see if maybe it started working and if it hasnt, when I would like to bring it in. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ will def be coming back to this dealership when I need to purchase a new car, and its an hour drive away too.

Called into this dealer to inquiry on a used vehicle (that they are asking double fair market value for) and the sales manager would not even take my questions on its mechanical drivability seriously. How can you sell used cars and not know anything about their condition mechanically? I don’t care how clean it is, all that matters is the motor and transmission runs and shifts as it should. Asked if the routine maintenance was done and she (Michelle) said, «we don’t know, nor can we find out». I then asked if they could come down on the price since it needed a 2200.00 required service (thought that would we be reasonable since they are asking double fair market value for the car) and she said no. So, if you want to pay a premium for a guaranteed piece of junk car then this dealership is for you! Good luck!
