We swung through Elmwood on our way to the Cady Cheese Factory and were drawn into Sailer’s from the sign in front that advertised «award winning bacon». Being from California and never experiencing a meat market like this one, let alone «award-​winning bacon», I was intrigued! I mean, c’mon, could it really be better than something I could buy at Safeway?! We bought several pounds of bacon – regular and pepper – which was thick and meaty. Well, fellow bacon lovers – only one word describes it – divine! Amazing maple pork breakfast links too! So glad that we stumbled across this place and stocked up when we did. I’m going to savor every last piece I have left until I’m able to get out to Elmwood again!
