Wonderful childcare center!
Picket Fence owner, Ms. Toni, genuinely cares about the children enrolled at her facility; she even addresses /​knows each child by name! Kind teachers/​staff all around.
The children enjoyed being there /​being involved w/​classroom activities… happy, smiling children =always a good sign (:
I was also impressed by the fact that numerous Picket Fence teachers have been at this Elmwood Park location since it opened, which I believe (if I can remember correctly) was 1994! Now that’s dedication!

My son is attending this daycare and he loves it! He has learned so much in the two years he has been at Picket Fence. The owner of the school Ms. Toni is as wonderful as they come. She cares about the kids and knows them all by name. There are different rooms for each age group starting with the toddler room, preschool room, pre kindergarten room and so on… Each room has 2 – 3 teachers/​aides in it. They serve breakfast and lunch to the kids, they helped potty train my son and they are open until 6 pm. We were on a waiting list for this daycare for 5 months but wow, was it worth it! They now have another daycare in River Grove. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who needs quality care for their child.

I would recommend this school to all my friends, family and neighbors. Miss Toni is one of the kindest people I have met. She loves each one of her students as if they were her own. The best change my son made was changing pre-school’s for my grandson. Thanks to Miss Toni and her wonderful staff for the great memories she has given my grandson. …Great childcare!!!

i have to be honest… when it comes to my son. i don’t play… he has to be in the best hands possible as far as anything. this place is wonderful!!! I love the staff… Toni…(the owner) my son loves her!!! I feel very comfortable with him here and he is in a good place. They go on fieldtrips, and teach the children and sing with them and my son loves this place… Great childcare!!!
